Y/N glared at the mortal that had fallen on her brother, her flames flickering faster and turning a dark blue color from how enraged she was.

But before Y/N could interfere and reprimand the human, their father stepped forward. They all looked over the human, Y/N's anger almost letting her attack right then and there.

No one is allowed to hurt or mess with her brother. Well, besides herself of course.

The nervous human chuckled and held up a bag of noodles. "Someone  ordered some noodles?" He mumbled meekly, his voice echoing through the stiffly silent cavern.

Redson growled in annoyance, flailing a bit as he tried to push the boy off. Y/N took a step forward, flames igniting her hair. "Get off him, you idiot!" She shouted, malice in her tone despite how calmly she said it.

Redson's own hair burst into flames as he pushed the boy off, the mortal landing off to the side with a scream. Y/N didn't care though. She walked to her brother's side. "Are you alright, lavabrain?" She asked.

Redson nodded, wiping a bit of dirt that had gotten in his face off. He grunted in annoyance before turning to the boy. "Do you know what you just did?" He asked, though it was clearly rhetorical.

He glared with hatred as his flames turned a bright, angry blue. The heat filling the area quickly. "YOU RUINED MY MOMENT!" He shouted, ready to attack the boy. However his flames are extinguished when their father takes a step to stand beside him, his stomp echoing through the area.

He looked over the three with a glare. "A little eavesdropper has fallen into our midst." He paused, leaning down to get a better look as he balled up his fists. "It seems a waste to crush something so insignificant as my first act as ruler of this new world. But so be it." He finished, raising his foot to squish the mortal like a bug.

Honestly, Y/N would've let him but her brother got in-between the two. "Wait, father!" He chirped with his normal cocky expression. Y/N looked at him confused. What was he doing now?

"What is this?" The Demon Bull King asked, a snarl building in his tone but he didn't try to continue his attack. Redson cleared his throat before speaking.

"Waste not your energy on this," he paused, glancing at the delivery boy with a disgusted look. "Peasant." He turned to their father with a hopeful look. "Please, allow us to show you how powerful we have become in your absence!" He asked with a determined look.

Y/N smirked. So that's what he was planning. Well, if she got a chance to show off her skills, Y/N wouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth.

Their father had a stern expression as his eyes glowed green again. "As you wish." He rasped.

Y/N turned to the brunette, watching him try to crawl away while muttering something. Redson turned not soon after. The two stood beside each other, looking down with sinister smiles and dark glows in their eyes.

"In some ways," Y/N began, causing the human to gasp in surprise and have a defeated look. She smirked, summoning her weapon in a small flame tornado. It looked similar to her mother's weapon, but had a few enchantments so Y/N could harness the flames with it easily.

The human scrambled back as the twin demons stepped forward, unknowingly bumping into the staff that had been forgotten. "You're very fortunate, newdle boy. Not many insects are lucky enough to be stamped out by the Demon Bull family-"

Her brother went on but Y/N had noticed the human looking at the staff. She didn't pay it any mind. After all, that poor guy had no chance of lifting the staff.
