Adhairs pov: I was hungry in the middle of the night. Craving something warm and hearty meal..As i walked towards the kitchen I stood at the entrance lookin at a small figure I could easily tell that it was maya she was gulping down water. thirsty much .. she was in a pairs of shorts and tee looking adorable. As She turned around noticing me she jumped back . a little chuckle left my mouth.
You scared the shit out of mee! She exclaimed Placing her small hands on her chest!! I'm not a pervert but I could see those perky nipples through her tee. My eyes couldn't ignore the beautiful sight. I mentally slapped myself for staring at those like a creep. Clearing my throat
I slowly approached her,towering her small body . Her brows scrunched together , What are u doing? she asked visibly shivering from the closeness.
"Doe's the closeness affects you sweetheart ?" I questioned grazing my fingers on her soft cheeks.
Maya's pov:
I could hear his breathing his musky and manly cologne made by stomach do flipss!.. His tall figure towering mine ,my brows furrowed on why he was doing this
When "Does the closeness affects you sweetheart.?" His question took me by off guard. While his finger's on cheeks made me release a shuddered breathe.
I nodded seeing his lips quirk up. "Good to hear that I'm not the only one who's getting affected." Stating he stepped back.
Opening the cabinet he took out two packets of ramen. " I'm making some ramen have a seat ." He stated while putting the container filled with water on stove . "No thanks you can continue,i just came here to have water." I stated turning back to leave when i was gently pulled back.
Turning around " i can cook really delicious ramen mind to taste it ." A slight smile was there on his lips nodding on his words not wanting him to feel rejected i took a seat on the counter top watching him cook .
"Can i help you with something.?" I asked " No sweetheart ,it's halfway done I'll cover it with the lid for awhile." Covering the container with the lid he turned towards me fully.
When my eyes met his the memory of us in clashing into the market flashed in-front of my eyes .
"So tell me are you single?" I chuckled listening to him. "Yes i am." I stated while he nodded with a deep "hmm". Which made me press my thighs together.
" and what about you?" I questioned eager to know his answer. " single." He stated while turning around and stirring the ramen.
Soon serving me in a plate and forwarding it towards me. Grabbing the hold of the bowl carefully.i sipped onto the hot broth instantly regretting as it burned my mouth.
Adhair rushed towards me helping me to drink the water .my tongue was stinging with the pain and burning sensation. "You should be more careful maya" he answered while blowing onto the broth as he fed me through the spoon.
A low satisfying "hmm" rumbled through my chest as i closed my eyes savouring the delicious taste. "Woohh..that's actually delicious." I commented... "The one who cooked taste's more delightful." He answered making my eyes widen in shock , while my cheeks changed its colour into slight warm tint.
I heard him chuckle, he was looking breathe takingly handsome in his tee shirt and gingham pants. After finishing the bowl of ramen,i placed it onto the sink. "Thank you for the meal it was delicious." I smiled genuinely.
"My pleasure sweetheart." He answered washing his own hands .The sweetheart nickname had me go mentally crazy ,with blushing.
"Soo...let's call it a night then." I answered getting off from the counter top.
He stood there looking at me with his piercing gaze , stepping closer while my feet's were rooted onto the ground.
I felt his large hands cupping my cheeks before I could process anything his soft lips were pressed onto my forehead his lips lingering onto my skin for awhile.
"Good night maya."parting away he looked at me with a smile "Good night." I muttered softly feeling timid.
I walked upstairs,turning back to see that he was still looking at me with slight grin. Biting onto my lower lips i ran towards the room,shutting the door tucking myself into the duvet a sheepish smile danced onto my lips.
