Saer county was where Rusty and Risa, and their lesser known brother, were born, Risa and their other brother, Rocky, grew up most of their life there. It was nice for Risa to be back in her home town, she felt the saltwater spray her face. Oh I plum forgot to mention, Saer County, isn't a regular village it is two islands connected by a single bridge, the bridge is on the water and all of the houses were built off of the bridge. The two islands held all the shops and other buildings, and the Saer county jail, it was underground."Funny we wound up right where your Mother would be,"Scott commented as he and Risa looked up at the old county jail."That is if she's still alive,"Risa explained, as she breathed the familiar saltwater air in,"Just like it used to be.""So how do we find her?"Scott asked as he put his headset on, it was buzzing with excitement, but it turned out it was just static."We ask the Jailer,"Risa stated, she then pulled open the door a bell ringed announcing their entrance."Hello?"The fat old man who was chowing down on a chicken leg asked, he had a strict foreign accent that was special to those of Saer,"Anything I can do for you?""Um yes, I'm Risa Blanchet, I was wondering, if you know where Margot Rose-Blanchet was?"Risa explained, using the accent that she was native to, she normally didn't use it except for when she was with her brother or others from her area but very seldom did she meet others from Saer."I believe she's back at her home, why do you care?"The jailer asked as he gnawed on the chicken."I'm her daughter, she sent us away when she and our father were sent to prison, I had moved to Missouri in the other land, my brothers came with me, only one however was sent to an asylum, the other, Rusty, is dying from some poison, and our mother worked in medicine, do you know which house is hers?"She explained, possibly going into a bit too much detail, or so Scott thought."House 23 Malbur lane, good luck with what ever you're doing,"The jailor said he then returned all his attention to his chicken leg. They then left the county jail and headed towards where the houses were. Scott and Risa walked through all the streets, forgetting which street was which, so they had to walk through them all."So what's going to happen, after we find your mother?"Scott asked as they wondered along the streets."Well hopefully she can come with us and bring her books, and then maybe save Rusty,"Risa explained, realizing she hadn't thought this through at all."Okay then,"Scott said, figuring she should've thought about it more. They then arrived, at 23 Malbur lane, it looked like all of the other houses except it had a small garden on the top of the house, it reminded Risa of her childhood home, but it was defiantly not as her childhood home had been burned down after her parents were arrested. Risa then knocked on her supposedly mother's door. An average elderly woman then came to the door."Hello?"She asked in her cracking voice."Mom?"Risa asked. As she looked at the woman, she barely remembered her mother as she hadn't seen her in a long time."Risa, no, it can't be, you moved away long ago,"Margot sated,"come in." With that Scott and Risa maneuvered into Margot's house."Mom it really is me, I came back, because I need your help,"Risa explained as she gazed at her mother, it had been so long since she last saw her, but now all the memories were flooding back. All her precious memories."Why would you need me, that much to come all the way back?"Margot asked, as they all sat around the table."Rusty, he, he's in a coma and dying, from some kind of poison, and the doctors, they, they can't save him, please come back with me I know you can find a cure, please mom,"Risa begged as she wiped some tears away."I'll see what I can do,"Margot stated,"I'll get my supplies and we can go get on a boat.""That will not be necessarily,"Scott stated butting into the conversation."I don't believe I've met you before,"Margot stated,"Risa, who's that?" She whispered leaning over her daughter as she went to her bookshelf to get her books."Mother this is Scott, he works with Rusty, he has a private train that runs to where we live,"Risa explained as she stood at the table and moved to where her mother was, Scott just stayed put."Oh alright, of you trust him I trust him,"Margot stated as she looked at her books she then put her reading glasses on and started looking closer, looking for her 6 volumes of cures,"Now do you know what poison Rusty has?"She asked as she brought the books to the table, she slammed them down, dust went everywhere, causing Scott to have a small coughing reminding Risa of Rusty's."Know we don't we think it came from either a demonic sheep or the Loffmor's,"Risa explained."Sweetheart, you foolish girl,"Margot began, normally you would think this would be the part where she would tell her daughter how foolish she was,"Demonic sheep and Loffmors are the same thing!"Yeah Margot knew too much about the demonic world to say that neither Loffmors nor Demonic Sheep existed."They are?" Risa asked in shock, her mother then nodded, and Scott, he shuddered by the mere thought of the god darn farm animals,"Does that limit the options?""Yes,"Margot stated,"There is only ten options, what were his symptoms?" She then pulled open one of the larger books, Bal a Rea Rame, or book of poison comma demon."He was having coughing fits, would randomly stop breathing, and drifted in and out of consciousness,"Risa explained of what she knew."He was also in denial of his injuries and poison,"Scott added, that Risa had not known."Okay, it limits it to two, both are fairly easy to cure,"Margot stated. Risa and Scott both punch a fist into the air."Yes!"They said together."However,"Margot began after Risa and Scott's celebrating had came to a halt,"The cure for each of them would kill him if it happened to be for the other poison.""What?"Risa exclaimed."No,"Scott said,"But if we let him be would he live?""No,"Margot stated,"We have to choose, if we let him linger he will certainly die, no doubt, but if we try one way and it's the wrong cure he will die, but that's a fifty, fifty chance." Margot then stepped out to her greenhouse area of herbs she had already grown and came back with a small green leaf that resembled a leaf of mint,"This is one of the cures, I say we try it.""I vote we do that,"Risa stated agreeing with her mother."Ditto,"Scott agreed as he looked at the small leaf in Margot's hand,"But is that enough?""We'll have to hope, now we ought to get going, the poison will kill him if he lingers to long in his coma, just let me grab my things,"She said as she grabbed a suitcase she then placed the things she needed for the cure, as well as her clothes, reading glasses, and a some jewelry. They then left to get on the train.
