Surprises 4

Hera's P.O.V

Kanan, Lyra, Steel, Ezra, and Beway enter the cockpit and I tell Chopper to show us Ahsoka. When she appears she gasps at the sight of Beway.

"Beway they said you were dead." Ahsoka says. I look back at the Inquisitor. He smiles at Ahsoka.

" I was close but the force decided it wasn't my time to die. I have been labeled a traitor to the empire and I wish to rejoin the rebellion my days as a spy or over." Beway says and Ahsoka closes her eyes thinking.

" I don't know where to put you no one trusts you I can tell Kanan still doesn't." Ahsoka says looking at Kanan. Everyone turns to look at him now. I understand how Kanan can still not trust him after what he did to him, Lyra, Ezra, to all of us how could we trust him.

" he deserves a second chance we all do I shall talk to the council and see if I can persuade them to let him in." Lyra says and everyone looks at her.

"Lyra there is no way the rebel order will allow him to join us you know that after everything he's done to you it'll be almost impossible." Steel says and Lyra snaps.

" exactly it'll happen to me. Half the time I let it happen. I didn't fight back. I created all of the rebel bases all operations will fail if I leave you know that I know that every single rebel member knows that." she says. Kanan and looks at her like he doesn't know who she. Ahsoka watches Lyra closely. no one speaks for some time. It's to quiet.

"Lyra I need to speak with you. I will be coming to Lothal in two days to visit the Sift I will want to see you." Ahsoka says and vanishes. Lyra jumps up and leaves the room. Kanan goes after her. We exit hyperspace. I land the Ghost. Now it's just Steel, me, and Beway in the cockpit.

Lyra's P.O.V

I rush out of the cockpit dizzy as a crazy person and head towards my room but Kanan grabs my arm to stop me. It's like the closer I am to Kanan now the dizzier I get. I try to jerk my arm away, ignoring my dizziness, but he holds on tight hurting me. I don't say anything because I know he knows. He must not care. He shoves me into our room and closes the door still holding onto my arm.

"Lyra what's going on with you? All the sudden your different. Your temper is all over the place. Your swearing, your yelling at anyone who goes against what you say, your angry because of small random things. What's going on? Please tell me!" He pleads with me. He stands in front of me his hands on my arms. I feel like if it wasn't for his hands I would fall to the floor at any second.

"I just want this to be over." I burst. Of course the only thing bothering me that I can tell him about is this but it was a good cover up. With everything going on so much is bothering me and it is the truth so Kanan can't tell I'm lying because it isn't a lie. I want this to be over I wanted my trial to be safe I didn't want have to run away time. I didn't want to have to fight or be in charge of so many life's.

"I know but you can't do that your acting like you can hold you emotions you must let go because-." He says and before he can I say it.

"A Jedi has no weakness." I sigh. He squeezes me in a hug and I squeeze back. When he lets go he looks at me one more time turns and leaves. I give a sigh of relief. I leave our room and get ready to leave. I have all my stuff in my bag on my back and I walk into the kitchen where everyone else is. Everyone looks at me and Kanan stands up.

"Where do you think your going?" He asks me an eyebrow raised. I look him in the eyes and I see something is wrong with his eyes but I can't tell what they seem... darker with a touch of... RED! I shake my head it couldn't be it's just me over reacting. Still afraid of what happened on Hoth.

" I don't think I'm going anywhere and I'm going back to the Sift. the meeting is scheduled for in the morning so Ahsoka should get there soon enough to make an appearance. She will meet Beway and I at the meeting." I say and Kanan looks at me confused.

" I can't just let him in like I said when I let you into the Sift without anyone knowing the consequences can be severe they might kick me out of the Sift for even trying to kill him and me." I thinking it should be obvious.

"Lyra let me go with you you'll need the support. I know the Sifter's trust you but since the Warheads have joined us it's a little hard to get things done." Steel says and I shake my head.

"No Steel this is a major meeting no one but the leaders may attended you know the rules." I say and Steel's eyes widen.

"Lyra the full rebel order you have to be crazy you know more than half of them question your placement and power!" Steel says in disbelief.

"Wait what am I missing here? Does he mean you're going to be almost throwing her job out for this guy! He almost killed you!" Kanan says his temper growing worse. As Kanan gets angrier red starts to spread through the green in his eyes from the center out. I step back and bump into the wall. Everyone starts to notice and they do the same as me. Kanan looks around at everyone his anger subsiding being replaced by confusion but some is still there. His eyes stay red but it stops growing.

"What's wrong?" He asks me. His voice barely makes it through. All I can hear is the repetitive thu dump thu dump thu dump. Like someone beating a drum. He takes a step towards me but stops when he sees how afraid I am. All I can see is the red before my legs give away as if they're cut once again. I hear something or someone but I can't make it out because it's all muffled. I brace for impact but I don't hit the floor. Someone catches me as everyone rushes over. Someone lays me down and I see Hera talking to Kanan. Kanan's face shows how frightened he is and he looks at me. I can't move, I can't speak, all I can do is breath. Beway walks over to Kanan quickly. Kanan looks at him with a worried look. He talks to him quickly and Beway looks at Kanan's eyes. He says something and Kanan goes pale. Kanan looks at me as Beway walks over and picks me up. Everyone moves out of his way so he can get me to the Medi bay.
