Surprises 3

Beway's P.O.V

Vader throws me back with a force shove and makes his way over to the girl. She stands in a battle readya stance but both Vader and I can sense her fear. She holds her lightsaber up I can feel her fear and so can Vader.

He throws his blade across the girls chest. She screams in agony and falls to the floor. Vader raises his lightsaber to take the final strike. I rush over and his blade meets mine halfway down. I hear her father yell in anger as he works his way to us. I can feel his rage and for some reason it gives me strength. He reaches his daughter and he looks at her chest. I force shove Vader back and I turn to him.

"We have to get her out of here." I say softly to him. He looks up at me and nods his head. All I can see in his eyes is pain. I stand up and he picks his child up. Vader comes at us and lifts his child up and out of his arms. Almost immediately he has his lightsaber out and attacks Vader. I join him and his daughter hits the floor a disarmed trooper dives for a gun behind us and firWe back away from Vader and then run to the transport ship. We jump on and we're off.

"Love, will she be okay?" The green Twi'lek asks Jarrus softly as they walk off.

"I... I don't know." Is the Jedi's only answer. The Twi'lek stops and turns to the rest of us not in there 'crew'.

"Thank you for helping us... All of you." She says and everyone starts talking. Everything is mixed and it's almost impossible to hear everything but I do get a few words like 'Sha', 'Leader', and 'War' mixed in the talk around me. I walk over to the side of the ship and lean against the wall. The Twi'lek walks over to me and sticks her hand out.

"I'm Hera captain of the Ghost." She says and I smile. The every talented pilot of the Ghost the rebels ship.

"It is a pleasure to meet you if the reason was not so severe. I am Beway." I say introducing my self. And just like that she excepted me. We fly to the rebels ship and another one.

Some stay on the transport to move it to the rebel group known as the Sift. Jarrus, Hera's, Ezra, a mandalorian, a Lasat, and the boys name's Steel board the Ghost. Jarrus brings the girl aboard her armor gone. All she has on is a lose green shirt.

She is wake now. She looks around until her eyes fall on Steel. He shows his tattoo to Ezra till Ezra starts to sing very quietly but everyone goes quiet to hear what he say. Steel turns around and sees the girl in her father's arms. "Lyra!" The boy say and hugs her. Jarrus let's him take over as he walks her to the couch. Talk starts up again as the Twi'lek, Hera's walks to the cockpit. Jarrus looks around till his eyes land on me. I can feel his anger and fear but also confusion. He walks over to me.

"May I talk to you in private?" he asks me his voice calm smooth quiet. Everyone goes quiet.

"Dad." the girl says and he turns to her.

" I just want to talk to him. I promise that's all." he says soothingly. His daughter seems to calm down a little but she still doesn't lose that fearful look in her eyes. Jarrus starts to walk away and I follow. He walks down the hallway and opens a door to a bedroom most likely his.

I followed him in and the door closes behind me. He turns around and leans against the wall looking at me. " why did you save my daughter? What do you want?" he asks. I saw it and leaned against the wall near the door. There was no way I was going anywhere near him he still didn't trust me... I could feel it.

" I need you to take me to Ahsoka." I say and I can feel his fear grow. He calms down and looks at me with a cool look like this is nothing.

" I don't know who you're talking about." he says and I chuckle.

"I know you know about ahsoka tano. I've been taking care of her ever since before she left the Jedi Order even before order 66. She sent me undercover into the empire to get files and make sure for sensitive children and Jedi survived and get sent into hiding." I inform him. There's a knock on the door behind us and it opens.

Lyra walks in slowly. She looks from me to her father and back. "Kanan fulcrum wishes to speak with us she's not exactly happy about the attack on the Imperial prison." She says and I laugh.

"That does sound like Ahsoka. You always have to inform her or ask her for permission before you do something." I say. Lyra looks at me then at her father for an explanation.

" and I suggest you bring him with you." She says and leaves.
