After dinner, I headed towards the Griffindor common room to see if I could talk to Harry about what happened between him and Slughorn.
I saw a Griffindor enter the common room.
"Hey, could you grab Harry Potter for me? Please tell him it's his sister,"
The girl nodded, and I waited a few minutes before Harry appeared.
"Y/n you ok?" Harry said, sounded very concerned
"Yeah, I'm fine, are you?" I said, gesturing about what happened before
"Oh, you mean about slughorn,"
"Yes, I mean about slughorn. What did you say to him? He was a complete mess during the lesson and kept on staring straight towards the slytherin table, " I said with a hint of annoyance
"I'll tell you but not here. Let's go for a walk. "
We walked til we were near the black lake.
"The order wouldn't like me to tell you this."
"Why?" I said angrily
"Because of you getting so close to Mattheo. They are afraid that he would give you something so you told him everything"
"Harry. I'm not stupid. You know we got brought up how to look for tell signs of a potion in our drink and food."
"Promise me y/n you won't say a word."
I held out my pinky finger like we used to do as kids. We linked fingers and laughed. Merlin life was so much easier back then.
"OK, so Dumbledore has found out some form of information about how Slughorn told Voldermout all those years ago how to split his soul."
"Oh my merlin. Are you telling me that Lord Voldermout has spilt his soul?"
"Yes, that's exactly what I'm saying, but we don't know how or how many times."
"How many times? Like you can do it more than once?" I was shocked. I didn't know that this was something that could be achieved.
"We don't know. That's why I'm trying to find out information from Slughorn. Dumbledore believes he had something to do with it."
"Well, be careful if he is willing to tell the dark lord this practualer magic he could do so much damage if needed."
I look towards my watch. Shit it five past nine.
"Sorry Harry, I've got to go. I've got my own research to do"
I gave him a hug and started to run towards the common room.
I walked in to see the gang apart from Mattheo sitting by the fire.
"Oi potter, where have you been?" Draco shouted
"I just went to see my brother if that's ok?" I said sarcastically
"Suppose so. Come sit with us. "
"She can't. She's about to do a workout, " Pansy said with a smirk
"Yeah, it's a new fitness thing I'm trying out. I'll let you know if it's any good, " I said, shaking my head at her.
I gave them all a little wave, and while they weren't looking, I walked up to the boy dorms.
I stood outside of Mattheo door and looked at my watch. Perfect, I'm half an hour late.
I knocked on the door quickly and waited.
