*If anyone has seen the Full House episode where Uncle Jessie breaks both his arms and refuses to let anyone help him*

Characters:
Uncle Jessie = John Dory
Danny = Spruce
Joey = Clay
Michelle = Branch
Stephanie = Floyd
Grandma Rosipuff = DJ

*Also, this is when the brothers are younger*

It was another bright day at Grandma Rosipuff's pod. Spruce was reading a book about love while Branch slowly started to push over the pile of books.
Spruce: Branch, don't do that. Branch.
The pile of books fell over.
Spruce: Okay! What should we do now? I know we can clean up by stacking the books in size. But uh oh, it looks like these 3 books are the same size. So what do we do? We alphabetize!
Clay walks in, looking at his older brother.
Clay: Spruce, don't turn messy baby Branch into a clean freak like oh I don't know... like you.
Spruce just rolled his eyes. Floyd walks in because he is still sad that he accidentally dyed John Dory's hair a darker green.
Spruce: Have any fun doing makeup, Floyd?
Floyd: A little. Can I go back to being sad again?
Spruce sat Floyd on his lap.
Spruce: Don't feel bad, Floyd. You didn't do it on purpose.
Clay: Yeah, it was actually kind of funny.
Spruce threw a book at Clay.
Spruce: Don't listen to him.
Suddenly, the doorbell rings. It was a young nurse around John Dory's age.
Nurse: Alright, John Dory, you can come in.
John Dory walked in with both his arms in casts.
All bros: John?! What happened?!
JD: Well, after my hair fiasco with Floyd, I crashed grandma's car, and the next thing you know, concrete sleeves.
Nurse: Call me.
JD: Definitely.
Nurse: Ew, not you. Lover boy over there. (points to Spruce)
Spruce: Maybe some other time.

Later during lunch...
John Dory tries to get some cereal from the top of the fridge when Grandma Rosipuff comes in.
GR: John? Do you need help getting the cereal?
JD: Who, me? No. I have an easy solution. Watch.
He opened the broom closet, took out the broom, and knocked the cereal down from the fridge. Now, he just had to figure out how to pick it up. He went through the draws until he found a pitchfork and stabbed the box.
GR: Okay, John. It seems you are perfectly capable of making cereal. Call me if you want help.
JD: (mutters) Yeah, I won't.
Spruce walks over with baby Branch in his arms, seeing his older brother struggle at getting a bowl from the cabinet.
Spruce: Please let me help you.
JD: Now, do I look like someone who needs help?
The bowl was now on his head, and he started preparing to eat his cereal. Spruce sets baby Branch in his high chair.
Spruce: Branch, look after JD. Here, you might need this. (hands him a carton of milk)
JD: Yo, Branch, watch your big brother in action. We simply pour the milk, then add the bananas, or as you would call them bana's. Then, dice and peel. Wait.
He looked at his arms and then got an idea. He took out a rolling pin and placed the bowl on the chair rolled over the banana until it fell into the bowl.
Branch: Hahaha (claps hands).
JD: What are you laughing at? Now, I will grab this large spoon to enjoy my large bowl of Captain Troll. With marshmallows.
As he sat down, he realized that he couldn't get the spoon to his mouth. So he tried to flick the cereal into his mouth. Big fail. Branch smiles.
JD: If you like that Branch, you'll love this.
He pushed back his chair and put his entire face in the bowl. Spruce looks at his brother oddly. John Dory looks up.
JD: What have you never seen a troll eat his favorite cereal before?
Spruce: Not like a cuddle pup. John, face it, you need help. Even though you're a prideful, arrogant, stubborn-
JD: Were you going somewhere with this?
Spruce: The point is, let your family help you.
JD: Ugh! Fiiiinnneee...
