The night before...

My heart races with adrenaline as I finally slip into this Mafia HQ. The plan is simple—infiltrate, gather information, and get out before anyone even notices I was there.

I quickly locate the cleaners' closet and waste no time swapping my clothes for a more inconspicuous outfit. I'm adjusting my uniform a bit before swiftly coming out.

Then a man comes in my way, his eyes lingering on me.

"Hey, beautiful. Aren't you a bit too stunning to be just a cleaner?" He flirts, a smirk playing on his lips.

A blonde guy appears behind him, saving me on the spot as he throws an arm around him and drags him away.

"Leave her alone." His voice firm.

That annoying guy shrugs, turning his head away with a grin.

"It's not everyday we see a hot chick," he quips before sauntering away with the blonde guy.

Marcus takes a look back and winks at me knowingly. I wink at him back before strolling down the hall and continuing on my mission.

A long, chaotic explosion erupts throughout the building as an explosion rocks the first floor, setting off alarms and sending everyone into a frenzy. They all start running for their lives, going straight for the escape door.

Oh, god, I love Haerin. She sure is perfect for her job. She's perfect overall.

I quicken my calm pace, make my way to the elevator. I press the button to the third floor. I lean back to the wall and look up right into the camera's bulb, flashing a smile and numerous flying kisses. In just a few seconds the metal doors slide open in front of me with an inviting ding.

I quickly step away. Rivers of people still running as I stroll the long hallway, locating Lupo's office.

It's easy. I studied everything enough. Hyein's already showed me the blueprint of this place before I get here, so I get to the room in the meantime.

I close the door silently. The room is spacious but empty with silence.

As expected, he's not here.

I go through his messy office desk, catching a piece of tape sitting on it.

A tape?

I grab the tape as I hear footsteps coming to the door. My heart races out loud, signaling the incoming danger. In a split second, I dive through the nearest window, quickly escaping the group of people.

Bullets whiz past me. I cling to a nearby pipe, using it to rappel down the side of the building. I've done this a thousand times before, I wouldn't die.
