Chapter Seven

Second Person POV

Once you flew through the portal and landed in front of the pearly and golden gates of Heaven, they automatically opened upon sensing your presence. Michael stood behind them, smiling at the scene of you walking through. You looked at him and gave him a smile of appreciation as you walked towards him. 

Michael smiled when he saw you walk up to him. His face had a soft smile on it and he was happy to see you. Michael spoke softly when he saw you in front of him, "You took more than an hour, but it's ok, you're back here now and safe. By the way, you look so much different now than an hour ago, I have to say...you look quite magnificent." Michael was looking at you as if he hadn't seen you in a long time, it was like he could never get tired of looking at you and your beauty.

"Oh please, I was only gone for the amount of time you have given me which was only an hour."

Michael began to laugh a little and spoke softly. "Well it was definitely enough time to turn you into a more gorgeous angel." Michael knew you looked as breathtaking as you have ever before, your beautiful gold and white wings and those pretty golden bracelets you always wore with you made you look so much better than before. Michael was beginning to feel a little flustered when he saw you and your beauty under the beaming light of Heaven. He had always been drawn to you but he had never seen you this beautiful before.

Michael's eyes were practically glued to the way you looked. He could never take his eyes off of your beauty and angelic physique. Michael's eyes were filled with such awe and amazement that it was pretty clear h was definitely flustered. "I'm not going to lie, but I can't take my eyes off of you. You really look gorgeous." Michael smiled and spoke softly.

"Thank you Mike" You beamed joyfully as the light shone onto the diamond necklace Lucifer had given you, reflecting onto your face giving you a glow.

Michael was about to say something again but he stopped as he noticed a bright glow that emerged onto your beautiful face. He started to look towards you neck and noticed a slight sparkle coming off it. His mind quickly started to think of what it could be and then it hit him. Michael got this concerned facial expression as he looked towards you. "Is that? Did Lucifer gave that to you during your visit?" Michael questioned with a hint of worry.

"Oh yes! Funny enough, it was the exact same set I was eyeing on the way home, before he was banished from here. It's a set with this ring!" You then brought up your hand to show off you gifts you received from Lucifer. "Do you think they'll let me keep it?" You asked, caressing the necklace on your neck.

Michael was beginning to feel a lot of negative feelings regarding this gift, he was both excited for you but jealous for how Lucifer's gift had made you feel so happy. "I'm sure they have no problem with you keeping such a beautiful necklace and ring." Michael responded. Michael did not like how beautiful you looked because of Lucifer's gift. Michael had always liked you but never liked it when Lucifer was around you for the sole reason that Michael felt it was impossible to compete with him when it came to you.

Michael could not stand the fact that Lucifer gave you such a gift when Michael had never done anything like that for you. He was even starting to doubt if he still had a chance with you now that you had these gifts from Lucifer. He was starting to regret letting you visit him. Michael let out a sigh as he looked away from you, trying to hide the jealousy he was clearly feeling at the moment. You walked up to Michael and gave him a warm embrace. "Thank you so much for today Mike, it really means a lot to me."

Michael's heart almost skipped a beat, seeing you so close to hime while he knew how beautiful you looked. He was extremely nervous but also enjoying having you so close to him. Michael returned the hug and smiled gently when he noticed a slight sparkle off of the ring and necklace. Michael spoke and his voice had started to lower in pitch due to the nervousness he was feeling being this close to you. "I just hope you always stay happy and beautiful as you are right now." He spoke with the kindest smile.

Michael knew that he was starting to fall for you more and the feelings he had towards you were getting stronger by the minute. He couldn't help but feel a little jealous of Lucifer, how Lucifer experience moment like this whenever he was with you back then. Michael felt like Lucifer was way out of his league when it came to you and he felt extremely lucky that you even gave him a hug. He could only imagine if you acted that way you did with Lucifer towards him. Michael took in a huge breath as he felt his heart begin to beat faster when he realized how close he was to you.

Michael was about to speak but was interrupted with a phone ringing, it belonged to you. "Hello?" You answered, pulling awake from the hug and stepping away from Michael.

Michael could still feel his heart beating faster and faster as he felt like he was in a trace-like state with you. When you pulled away from the hug to pick up the phone, his eyes emitted a look of annoyance to whoever was on the other side of the call.

"Oh Sera! Hi!...Right now?...Ok I will be there!" The call ended, then you looked back towards Michael. "Sera wants to see me, I'm not sure why though. Anyways, thank you Mike, really. I really appreciate what you did for me today. I will repay your kindness one day."

Michael saw you hang up the phone and smiled back at you. you were still so beautiful to look at, even with the way you looked at the moment. Michael spoke softly and he still had that hint of annoyance in his voice. "Oh no, like I said, it's my pleasure." Michael tried to hide his jealousy but it was becoming more and more apparent that he was feeling very jealous seeing you look this wonderful and happy due to Lucifer.

You waved farewell to Michael before heading towards Sera's office. Once you arrived there, you knocked on the door before entering. "What did you want to tell me Sera? Is there a soul coming here in Heaven?" You questioned as you took a seat in front of her desk.

Sera spoke in a kind voice when you entered her office. Sera looked up and smiled warmly as you came in. "No soul is going to be coming here to Heaven just yet, so don't worry about that. Instead I have something else to explain to you." Sera proceeded to look back down at her papers and spoke in a little more formal manner. "I had some new information come to light recently and I thought this would be important for you to know."

Sera then proceeded to explain to you that somebody will come to Heaven to suggest their idea of redeeming sinners as everyone deserves a second chance. My eyes widened at this news. "And when is this taking a place?"

Sera looked up and smiled at you. She looked very intrigued when she saw how interested you were in this news, surprised more so as she thought this person was misguided. She was definitely intrigued by your facial expression. "This person proposing this plan is arriving in Heaven by the end of the month. If this goes well, it could change the face of the afterlife forever." Sera seemed to be eager to see your reaction and was clearly curious as to how you would react to this situation. "And I'm pretty sure you want me to be there as the other Archangels are too intimidating?"

Sera spoke softly and laughed a little. "That is why I chose you, even though it isn't the only reason. I know how convincing of a speaker you are along with your kind and gentle approach." Sera smiled softly before continuing to speak. "I also want you to meet this person because I think their presence might affect you in ways you may have not even expected."

"Okay I will be there! I would love to hear their opinion!" You smiled brightly.

Sera looked at you with a warm smile on her face. She appreciated how quickly you agreed to this and how excited you were regarding this. "I'm happy to see that your willing to hear this person out. I hope you enjoy the meeting."
