Nine: Quit flirting with the bitch

"Oh! You would look so hot in this one!" Wendy exclaims, holding a short black cocktail dress against Y/n's figure. She is getting ready with Wendy for Bebes party tonight.

Y/n looks at it with judgemental eyes. "I'm not sure about that."

"Trust me!" Wendy smirks. "Kyle will be all over you."

"Fine." Y/n snatches the dress from Wendy's hand and reluctantly walks into the bathroom to change. The idea of Kyle seeing her dressed up makes her give into Wendy. He is all she can think about after kissing him last night.

Y/n looks in the mirror. The dress stops just above her knees and has two thin straps. It's a soft fabric with a simple design, making her smile. 'Okay, it's kind of cute.'

Y/n walks back into Wendy's bedroom, seeing her in a gorgeous purple knee-length dress. It's sparkly but simple. Wendy turns to Y/n and gasps. "Oh! You look amazing!"

"Thanks. So do you!"

Wendy helps Y/n apply some f/c eyeliner and black mascara. "I was right. You look so hot!" She begins applying black eyeliner to her own eyes.

Y/n giggles softly, not used to getting so many compliments at once.

"So how far did you go last night?" Wendy teases.

"We just kissed. Well, I guess it was almost like making out. But nothing more than that."

Wendy smiles softly. "I told you Kyle liked you."

Y/n giggles. "Yeah."

Once Wendy finishes her makeup, both girls make their way downstairs. Y/n slips on her shoes, following Wendy out to her car. Y/n hops in the passenger seat and connects her phone to Bluetooth, queuing up a few of her favorite songs. She then swipes out of Spotify to click on her messages.

Me: Excited to see yu again 😘

"We got to pick up Heidi and Nichole from their house first."

Y/n nods her head, grinning at her messages. "Roger that."

Ky 💖: I'm excited to see you, too.

Y/n walks into the house with the three other girls. The music is blaring 2010's pop music, and teens are everywhere. Bebes parties aren't as big as Tolkien's, but still wild nonetheless. The four make their way over to the rest of the girls.

"Yay! You guys made it!" Bebe pulls Y/n into a hug. Y/n laughs returning the hug. She can tell Bebe is already tipsy.

"Course, we wouldn't miss it," Nichole responds. "Let's go get some alcohol." She walks off with Red, Heidi, and Wendy to grab some drinks.

Y/n stays with Bebe, not planning to drink. Maybe a sip or two of whatever Kyle is drinking when she finds him, but she doesn't want to get drunk.

Now she wants to go find Kyle.

Bebe squeals excitedly. "We are totally hooking you up with someone tonight!"

Y/n blinks confused. "What? Why?"

Bebe groans, "You need to have some fun. You don't want to still be a virgin at 18, do you?"

"I... Eh..." Y/n isn't sure how to respond to that. Her birthday is coming up soon. Is it really that weird that she's almost 18 and still a virgin?

"Don't worry. I'll be your wing woman!"

Y/n isn't sure she trusts Bebes judgment while she's tipsy. Or even sober to pick out a guy for her. Plus, she likes Kyle. They aren't officially a couple, but it would feel like cheating if she hooked up with someone else after that heated kiss. "Uh, thanks, Bebe, but no thanks."
