amara love james, 20 year old girl has officially begun her process of introducing herself to the avatar: the last airbender's cast (except for her favorite kiawentiio),  and announcing to the cast that she will be officially joining them as "maribelle" who is a waterbender descended from the northern water tribe and has been in hiding at bang sing se, also known as zuko's love interest.

amara had never been so excited to receive the call that she had gotten the part. unlike the avatar cast, she didn't watch avatar when it first aired, but she hah watched it for the first time five years ago and her love for it only grew. especially with her re-watches of it. for that, she felt like she didn't truly deserve the part seeing she felt like she couldn't bring the character to life. but the directors saw more, saw her potential. so she was gonna give it her all to bring "maribelle" to the live action.

when she was told by her agent that netflix had wanted to create a video for the cast to see at their next interview, she was more than happy to do it.

"hi team avatar! my name is amara love james! and i've come on here to tell you some very exciting news, that for season two of avatar the last airbender i will be joining your amazing cast as "maribelle" and i am so excited to start and to get to know you all! and i can't wait to meet you all! i hope i can become and be the very best of my character just as you all have done with each of your lovely characters. i'm so excited and i can't wait to get started." amara ends her video message by sending her future co-stars a kiss and waving goodbye.
