Theo took a deep breath, his heart pounding in his chest as he prepared to reveal the full extent of his truth to Charlie. He knew that this moment would change everything, but he couldn't keep his abilities hidden any longer.

"Charlie, there's something else," Theo began, his voice trembling with apprehension. "Something I haven't told you before."

Charlie's brow furrowed in concern as he leaned forward, his eyes filled with curiosity. "What is it, Theo?" he asked, his voice gentle yet filled with urgency. "You can tell me anything."

With a shaky hand, Theo reached out, summoning the flames that danced beneath his fingertips. Charlie's eyes widened in shock as he watched the fire flicker to life, casting an otherworldly glow across the room.

"I... I have abilities, Charlie," Theo confessed, his voice barely above a whisper. "I can manipulate fire."

Charlie's eyes widened in disbelief as he watched the flames dance before him. He had suspected that there was more to Theo than met the eye, but he never could have imagined anything like this.

Oh my god, Theo," Charlie whispered, his voice filled with shock and awe. "I had no idea..."

Tears welled up in Theo's eyes as he recounted the events of that fateful night—the night his abilities had spiraled out of control, resulting in the tragic loss of his parents. He told Charlie about the fear and the pain, the guilt and the sorrow that had haunted him ever since.

And as he finished speaking, Theo felt a weight lift from his shoulders—a sense of relief unlike anything he had ever known. For the first time in his life, he had laid bare the truth of who he really was, and he knew that no matter what happened next, he would face it with courage and determination.

Charlie reached out to take Theo's hand in his, his eyes filled with compassion. "I'm so sorry, Theo," he said, his voice trembling with emotion. "But you don't have to face this alone. I'm here for you, no matter what."

And as they sat together in the quiet of the living room, Theo felt a sense of gratitude wash over him. Despite the pain and the sorrow that had defined his past, he knew that he had found a sense of belonging with Charlie—a guardian who would stand by him no matter what. And for that, he was truly grateful.
