Chapter 32: Family Conversations

As the warmth of their shared moment lingered in the air, Charlie settled back into his recliner, his gaze drifting between Theo and Alice with a curious expression.

"So, Alice," Charlie began, his voice gentle yet filled with curiosity. "Who's this Tanya Denali you mentioned?"

Alice's eyes lit up with excitement as she launched into an explanation, her words flowing effortlessly as she described Tanya Denali and her connection to Charlie.

"Tanya Denali is a friend of ours," Alice explained, her voice tinged with excitement. "She's a vampire like us, and she's been a part of our family for quite some time. She's incredibly kind and compassionate, and I think you two would get along famously."

Theo couldn't help but smile at Alice's words, his heart swelling with happiness at the thought of his uncle finding love and happiness once again. For too long, Charlie had been alone, and Theo longed to see him find the companionship and joy he deserved.

As Alice continued to speak, detailing Tanya's many virtues and qualities, Theo felt a sense of hope wash over him. Perhaps, just perhaps, Tanya Denali could be the one to bring happiness back into Charlie's life.
