*Anber's perspective*
"Chalein?" Hussain questions after signing my discharge papers
I nod and he helps me get up
Finally I was discharged, a few days in the hospital and I became hospital sick
I had missed home a lot, finally I was going home after a long time....
He leads me out towards his car and helps me sit in
He jogs to his side after closing the door and sits in
Upon starting the engine, he drives off
He holds on to my hand and passes me a cute, happy smile
My hand was fixed in his during the whole ride
Finally, we had reached home
Hussain helped me get out of the car and as he tightened his grip around my hand, he carefully led me in
Aunty opens the door after Hussian rings the bell, and a warm overwhelming smile spread across her face
"Asalamualaikum beta!" Mom greets as she lets us in. "Walaikumassalam mom." Hussain and I greet her back
Dad, Shehry and Afifa greet us too.
"Bhai!" Maha runs up to Hussain and Hussain immediately scoops her up in his arms
"How are you princess?" Hussain questions
"Im fine Bhai! But I missed you." Maha pouts and I couldn't help but chuckle at her cuteness
"Aww my princess. Bhai missed you tooo!" Hussain kisses Maha's cheek and Maha giggles
"Hope you had fun." Hussain speaks and Maha nods
"It was fun Bhai!" Maha chirps
"That's good." Hussian ruffles her hair and Maha lets out another cute giggle
"How are you Bhabhi?" Maha questions me
"Im fine Mahu!" I kiss her cheek and she smiles
Hussain sets her down and stands back up
"Khana kha lo Hussain beta, aur Anber, Tum araam kar lo, mein tumhara khana oopar bhija dungi." Mom suggests but I shake my head disagreeing
"No mom, mein sab ke saath baith kar kha lungi." I protest but mom did not seem convinced
"Nahi Anber... Tumhein araam ki zaroorat hai, tum jaa kar araam kar lo." Mom cups my cheek I sighed in defeat
"Jaao." Mom whispers calmly with a smile and I mirror her smile half-heartedly
Hussain holds my hand and takes me upstairs
He stops in front of the door and turns towards me
"Chalein?" He questions and I nod
I open the door and step in
It took me a second to absorb my surroundings and become fully aware. What was set up in front of me was all unexpected
I look at Hussain in disbelief as he stood cutely scratching the back of his neck
"Hussain?" I glance at my surroundings once more before I part my lips
"Ye.." I chuckle cutely and look back at him
I couldn't believe it... Hussian had hung around 2 to 3 live size pictures of mine around the room, one on each wall...
