*Anber's perspective*
( continued from previous chapter)

After Isaiah ends his speech, Hussain and I search for Afifa and Shehry when all of a sudden my eye sight goes blurry for a second and it felt like the ground slipped beneath me.

"Anber?" Hussain gasps lowly as he grabs my waist and saves me from falling. I grab on to his hand and rub my temple with my other hand as I stand straight. "Anber kya hua? You okay?" He questions worriedly.

"Yea, I'm fine, just a little weak." I sigh as I blink my eyes a few times, trying to contain myself.

"No you are not fine, chalo, let's go home, you need rest." Hussain suggests. But, before he can drag me out along with him, I stop him. "No Hussain, I'm fine! Please! Ill eat something, don't worry." I try to convince him but he still wasn't convinced. "Hussain..." I whisper and cup his cheek. "I'll be fine!" I assure him. He gives up and sighs.

"Mein abhi bathroom hoke aati hoon, I'll freshen myself up a little." I suggest and he gives a mere nod.

I smile weakly at him and turn around, walking off to the bathroom.

*Hussain's perspective*

Anber walks off while my concern towards Anber's health was increasing second by second

Should I have taken her home?

Should I have listened to her?

Did I do right by not taking this into serious consideration?

"Ya Allah, just hope Anber feels better." I mentally pray.

"Oye? Ki ho gaya?" Shehry places his hand on my shoulder and breaks me out of my thoughts. "Kuch nahi?" I shake my head and assure him.

"Chal kisi se milana hai tujhe." Shehry grabs my elbow and drags me along with him. We stop near a girl standing with her back towards us.

"Afifa !" Shehry chirps and the girl turns around, it was none other than Afifa. I roll my eyes and shake my head in disbelief.

"Tum mujhe wahan se kheench kar yahan Afifa se milane laaya?" I question raising my eyebrows. "Haan !" He speaks excitedly.

Afifa just looks at us confused with furrowed eyebrows and a fascinated smile that wasn't that wide.

"Kya hua?" Afifa questions. "Dekho Bhai, yahan aae jab humari begum ko hum par shaq hua, aur ye Bhai Sahab urf Hussain, apni begum ke saath hum par hans rahe the... Ab mein ye dikane ke liye ye janab ko yahan le aaya hoon, ke mera ghar nahi ujad ne waala!" He speaks excitedly and sighs a breath of relief.

Afifa and I burst out laughing. "Dramebaaz kahin ka." I joke. "Shehry tumhein sach mein lagta hai ke mein tum par shaq kar sakti hoon?" Afifa questions chuckling but with a tone of disbelief.

"Nahi yaar. Mein mazaakh kar raha tha !" Shehry defends himself.

We all laugh shaking ur heads until a loud scream changes the atmosphere of not just our conversation, but of the whole party. Our laughter dies away as we exchange confused and worried glances.

The person kept on screaming; to be exact, a girl, and by the second the voice got louder and louder.

Without wasting a second, Shehry and I rush upstairs, followed by the rest of our friends. The fire alarm goes off loudly and our tension increased gradually.

We rushed from bedroom door to doors in search of the girl. It was such a huge house filled with so many rooms, plus the loud noise of the fire alarm made it more difficult to figure out from where the girl's scream was coming from... it was practically hard to search for her on time
