Annalise pov

I had no clue what was going on..All I felt was pain and I felt tired. I was struggling to keep my eyes open. I could see Rumple looking at me worried

"Rumple?" I asked Police sirens ring nearby as a car approaches

"Annalise keep those beautiful eyes for me" Rumple said

"It hurts" I said

"I know" Rumple said Emma pulls up in the sheriff car with David in the front passenger seat and Mary Margaret in the back seat "Just keep looking at me Annalise" David comes rushing over

 "Are you okay?" David asked "Annalise?"

"David..." I said

"I'm at the town line." Emma said "Two people down." "Maybe three." "There's a car pretty banged up with...Pennsylvania plates."

"What's going on?" David asked

"Hook shot her" Rumple said "She just went down" Emma approaches and stands over Hook 

"Hey, beautiful." Hook said "Here I didn't think you'd—" Emma touches his chest "... notice!" "Ahh!"

 "Your ribs are broken." Emma said

"That must be why it hurts when I laugh." Hook said "Did you see his face?" "His one true love gone in an instant!" Rumple turns at the sound of his words "Just like Milah, crocodile—" "when you took her from me!" Hook attempts to get up

 "But you took her first." Rumple said He bashes Hook in the chest with his foot

"Gold, are you insane?!" Emma said

 "Yes, I am!" Rumple said He proceeds to use his cane to strangle Hook's windpipe David tries to pull him away

"You can't do this!" David said

"I can if you let me go." Rumple said (Camera zooms into Hook, discomfort on his face)

"You don't want her to see that." Emma said

"He shot her" Rumple said

 "Murder is not the way to go" Emma said 

"What would Annalise want you to do?" David asked Sirens blare loudly as ambulance  approaches. Rumple hesitates and David forces him away from Hook  "Over here!"

"No!" Emma said "Him!"  She points to stranger's car "Take care of him." "He can wait."

"What?" Mary Margaret asked

"There's someone in there." Emma said. A paramedic comes over to attend to me. Mary Margaret gets up and goes over to Emma. I don't know what's happening. All I know is I'm being lifted onto stretcher. 

"Emma" I muttered. My vision was becoming blurry "Emma" One of the paramedics wave her over.

"Annalise?" Emma asked "Can you hear me?"

"Emma" I muttered

"I'm here" Emma said 

"My family...in New York" I said muttered "Phone...in pocket" Emma takes out my phone "Call...them" They place an oxygen mask on me

"We got to move her" The Paramedic said and Emma nods as they load me into the ambulance. I was taken to the hospital and all I hear is the intercom

Ambulance incoming ETA one minute. Ambulance incoming ETA one minute. Dr. Whale, please report to the ER. Dr. Whale, please report to the ER. OR staff stand-by. OR staff stand-by. (He does not budge from his seat, though hospital staff can he heard shouting for his assistance
