Emma and I enter Granny's diner after a slow morning. When we get there we saw both Mary Margaret and David there but sitting at opposite tables trying to be discreet.
"Hey, David." I said sitting down next to Mary Margaret
"Hey." David said
"Mary Margaret." Emma said sitting down "So, how's your day going?"
"Henry's fine." Mary Margaret said
"That's what I told her" I said crossing my arms
"That's not what I asked you.' Emma said and Mary Margaret gives her a knowing look. "You sure?"
"Emma I told you he's his normal self" I said "I've been hanging out with the kid remember if anything was wrong I would have told you right away"
" Regina won't keep you separated forever." Mary Margaret said "When people are supposed to be together, they find a way" She looks over at David, who smiles at her.
"So, he's his normal self?' Emma asked "He's fine... he's happy?" I sigh
" Yes." Mary Margaret said as the door opens "No!" "He misses you!" "A lot! Trust me, I'm with him, like, six hours a day!" Ashley hands Alexandra to Granny.
"Six hours?" Ashley asked "You take newborns?" "'Cause I'd love six hours."
"Ashley!" Mary Margaret said "I didn't--I didn't even recognize you!"
"Baby on the outside?" Ashley asked She grabs a chair to sit down at our table.
"How's it going?" I asked
"It's uh... I mean, baby's great." Ashley said "But, we really haven't had time to do the whole getting married thing, so... that's been rough and Sean's been working double shifts at the cannery."
"Well, he has to work." Mary Margaret said
"On Valentine's Day?" Ashley asked "Yeah." "He couldn't get out of it."
"I'm sorry, that sucks." Emma said as Ruby brings Ashley a cup of coffee.
"It doesn't have to!" Ruby said "Come out with me!" "Let's have a girls' night!" "We can all go, Mary Margaret, Emma and Annalise too, if you promise to leave the badges at home."
"I'm not really in the party mood, but you guys can all go and have fun!" Emma said
"I also already have plans tonight" I said "Sorry" Emma's phone goes off as Ruby walks away
