The week passed quickly and before they knew it the week was coming to an end. Their Friday started off exploring the city together. Everyone was friendly and got along without any bumps in the road. When they returned to the house, they sat in the den enduring the silence as if they were mourning their senior year before it was even over.

"We should do something nice. It's our last night," Kat said, snuggled in Luke's lap,

"I agree," Nicole nodded and smiled, happy that someone broke the silence.

"What about dinner? Like a nice dinner out?" Sam said and looked around the room for approval.

"Sounds good to me," Luke said, patting Kat's thigh a bit. Everyone agreed and got up and went to their rooms, opening their already packed suitcases to pull out their nicest clothes. The boys dressed in button downs, polos and nice khakis or shorts. The girls wore dresses and skirts topped with jackets and cardigans to keep them warm in the spring night. This time they called a cab with a van they could all fit in and asked the driver to take them out the nicest place in town.

When they arrived the group went in and were seated quickly. The waitress got their orders right away. They had small talk and avoided the elephant in the room until they were almost done with their dinner.

"Damn," Luke said softly once they got their drinks. No one asked what he was referring to, they all knew.

"It's almost over, man," Sam added with a sigh. The table just nodded in reply. Freddie took a deep breath and stood from his chair.

"I just wanna say thanks, to all of you, for letting me and my bro be apart of y'alls clique. I just wish we could have been a part of it sooner, I mean you guys are cool as fuck, so I mean, yeah. Mazal Tov," he said and sat back down. They responded with faint smiles and nods when Freddie finished.

"We have to stay in touch after high school." Jason suggested.

"Yeah, definitely." Sam said, knowing it wasn't true. Everyone was going to go their separate ways but no one wanted to ruin the moment.

"We could plan trips like this for breaks." Nick added. They fell silent again, thinking on the good times they had together and just enjoying each others company.

"We have an announcement." Luke stood up, looking at his friends, breaking the silence.

"We, who?" Nick asked, confused.

"Us." Luke said, taking Kats hand and pulling her up beside him.

"You guys finally came to your senses and realize you guys are in love?" Carter said sarcastically.

"That, and," Luke paused for dramatic effects. "We're pregnant!"

Everyone was silent, looking at each other to see if this was a joke. When Luke and Kat only looked at their friends to see their reaction, everyone busted out in cheers.

"Oh my gosh! How do you know?" Penelope asked, looking at the small girl for any signs of pregnancy.

"Well, I wasn't feeling well and me and Luke have been going at it." She blushed, and was cut off from saying anything since the guys were patting Lukes back and whistling.

"Okay, guys. Let her finish." Nicole said, looking at the guys then back to Kat.

"So I went and got a pregnancy test." Kat finished.

"How far along are you?" Nicole asked.

"I'm not sure." Kat said, "I'll check when we go back home tomorrow." She smiled.

"I can't believe you two are having a baby." Sam said, looking at the pair.

"Believe it," Luke said. "I've got good swimmers." Luke smirked. Freddie high fived him, laughing.
