The day passed in a blur, they all had their lunch together and after years Sheetal and Asha fed Roohi with their own hands all lovingly. Roohi was overwhelmed, so was Ridhaan along with all their siblings. However, what didn't escape the cousins eyes was how Roohi was behaving indifferent with Ridhaan, trying to escape his advances. None could understand the sudden change in her behavior.
Hence after Ashiaa gave Roohi her medicines and left the room, and the girls made the kids sleep for the night, the siblings decided to crash the garden area.

Nitya was massaging Elara's head with oil and Inaayat was sitting there waiting for her turn, while Ashiaa was already done with hers. She was sitting there with Vihaan's head on her lap, Armaan, Krish and Eshaan were busy drinking beers and talking about something while Ridhaan was sitting there lost with his cold coffee.
Ashiaa looked at him and asked, "Ridhaan, kahan khoya hua hai? Cold coffee ab cold rahi bhi nhi hogi."
He looked at her and just shook his head with a smile, when Inaayat asked knowingly, "Roohi ke changed behaviour ke baare mein soch rha hai?"
Inaayat hummed, and they all nodded along, Eshaan spoke sighing, "I don't think yahan koi aisa hai jisne notice nahi kiya."
Krish spoke in agreement, "Yep, pata nahi achanak book butterfly ko kya ho gaya hai?"
Ridhaan for the first time spoke with a knowing tone, "Mujhe pata hai use kya hua hai?"
Vihaan asked raising a brow, "Kya?"
Ridhaan just took a sip of the coffee, and answered, "Apne aap ko mujhse dur kar rahi hai vo."
Some were confused, some surprised and they all looked at him for an explanation when Nitya questioned him, "Par vo aisa kyu karegi, she loves you a lot."
Armaan spoke after Nitya, "Yes, book butterfly kyu tujhse dur jaane ki koshish karegi?"
Ridhaan answered leaning back on his chair, "Yahi to reason hai, she loves me a lot."
They all were still confused, when he explained himself, "Roohi ko aaj hi uski kidney removal ki news mili thi hospital mein, aur doctor ne bataya tha ki usko ab health issues rahenge lifelong. Vo abhi wheelchair pe bhi hai. She thinks she is a burden now, uski insecurities badh gayi hain aur isliye vo khudko mujhse ab dur le jaane ki koshish kr rhi hai. Yaad hai jab main 5 saal pehle Roohi ko apni feelings ke bare mein hints deta tha aur vo humesha ignore karti thi..."
