Author's POV
Nitya was working on a file in her office when her phone rang. She ignored it finding an unknown number calling her. However, when the phone rang for the second time, she frowned seeing the same contact. Huffing, she kept the file aside and picked up the call,
"Hello!"

She voiced out, only to hear silence from the other end. Her brows furrowed before she again spoke in an enquiring tone,
"Hello? Who's there?"
Again silence.
"Hello?"
When none answered for another minute, she cut the call finding it weird,
"Weird!"
However, after a minute, her phone rang again with the same number making her sigh. She picked it up and asked curiously,
"Hello? Who's this?"
When no answer came she threw vexed,
"Jab baat nhi karni to bar bar phone kyu kar rahe ho?"
Huffing, she cut it again, and checked the calling app to see who the number belonged to. The app showed no name rather just 'Unknown' as the caller's name and she sighed before blocking the number. Shrugging the event off, not giving it much thought, she continued with her work as she got a really important meeting with her boss.

The night time (Mehrotra Mansion)
The elders (Rajveer, Sheetal, Randhir and Asha) along with Armaan, Inaayat, Eshaan, Krish and Meera were in the living room waiting for Ridhaan and Nitya to have their dinner together. Sheetal and Asha strictly told Nitya that she would have her dinner with them everyday and not alone with meera at her own house and Nitya reluctantly agreed to it. Vihaan already told them that he would be going straight to his penthouse so they should not wait for him.
Nitya already called Inaayat informing her that she would be late today due to an important meeting but there was no news of Ridhaan. They all were chatting when Meera came followed by Eshaan who held a carrom board,
"Dr. Uto, Armaan uncle, can we all play carrom before dinner?"
