(Vox's POV)

As we continue our work, Valentino's curiosity seems insatiable. He suddenly turns to me and asks, "So, how does your face work? I mean, you're a screen. Can you actually kiss people?". I can't help but roll my eyes at his question, finding it both intrusive and absurd. "Seriously, Valentino?" I reply, a note of exasperation creeping into my voice. "You're awfully nosy, aren't you? And that's a pretty stupid question, even for you". He chuckles at my reaction, undeterred by my annoyance. He shrugs nonchalantly. "Hey, just curious, Voxxy," he repeats with a playful grin. "You never know when that kind of information might come in handy". I roll my eyes again, but this time, I can't help but chuckle. Indulging his curiosity, I look at him and stick my tongue out. With a slight hum of energy, a long blue tongue emerges from my screen, extending toward Valentino. His eyes widen in amazement as he watches the spectacle. "Well, I'll be damned" he exclaims, clearly impressed. "Now, that's something you don't see every day".

Valentino leans forward, his smirk widening as he makes a suggestive comment about my tongue and Alastor. "So, does that long, flexible tongue of yours come in handy with the radio demon?" he says with a wink, clearly implying something inappropriate. I raise an eyebrow at Valentino's suggestive comment, feeling a mix of annoyance and discomfort. "Keep your thoughts to yourself, Valentino" I retort sharply, not appreciating the insinuation. "Alastor and I have a strictly professional relationship". He chuckles, clearly enjoying getting a rise out of me. "Oh, come on" he teases, leaning back in his chair with a smirk. "I'm just having a bit of fun. No need to get so defensive". I shoot him a glare, not amused by his antics. "Well, your idea of fun isn't exactly my cup of tea" I reply icily. "Let's stick to business, shall we?".

He chuckles, seemingly amused by my response. "Oh, come on, don't play coy with me" he teases, leaning back in his chair. "I've seen the way you two interact. There's definitely more there than just professionalism". I bristle at his comment, feeling a surge of frustration. "What Alastor and I have is none of your business" I snap, my patience wearing thin. "And I suggest you focus on the task at hand instead of prying into our personal affairs". Valentino holds up his hands in mock surrender, a playful glint in his eyes. "Alright, alright, no need to overreact" he replies with a smirk. "But if you ever decide to explore other possibilities, you know where to find me". I resist the urge to roll my eyes, deciding it's best to ignore his suggestive remarks. Instead, I redirect the conversation back to our business discussion, determined to keep things strictly professional.

Despite my initial reservations, I find myself enjoying the collaborative work with Valentino. When he's not being a sex pest, he's surprisingly pleasant to be around, and we share a few genuine laughs throughout our discussion. As the hours pass and the evening approaches, I glance at the clock and realize it's time for me to leave. As I go to bid him goodbye, he suggests we go for a drink.  His proposal catches me off guard, and I instinctively shake my head. "I appreciate the offer, but I think I'll pass" I reply, attempting to politely decline. However, Valentino doesn't seem to take no for an answer. "Come on, Voxxy, just one drink" he insists, his cerise eyes gleaming with mischief. "It's our first day working together, you know? Besides, I promise it'll be worth your while."

I hesitate, weighing the pros and cons in my mind. On one hand, I have other obligations to attend to, and the thought of spending more time with Valentino isn't exactly appealing. On the other hand, it wouldn't hurt to indulge in a bit of celebration, especially after a productive day of work. "You drive a hard bargain" I concede with a chuckle, giving in to his persistence. "Alright, one drink it is. But just one. I've got other things to attend to later". He grins triumphantly, clearly pleased with his victory. "One drink it is, then!" he exclaims, his enthusiasm infectious. "Trust me, you won't regret it. Let's make it a night to remember!". With a mixture of reluctance and curiosity, I follow him out of the office, bracing myself for whatever the night may bring, ready to celebrate our successful first day of work together.
