"Oh my days, I swear she dated both of you?" Brielle gasps, "Oh my sweet cherries you guys were fucking her the same day!"
"Shut the fuck up!" Tyga and Grayson screamed, "You're being too loud." Grayson looked around the cafeteria before facing the table again, "Yeah, we were. But I didn't know you were into her like that."
Tyga looked at Gray and scowled at him, "The fuck you know 'bout me and my girls?"
"Here we go again." Leon mutters.
And just like that, the two began arguing again, each point stupider than the other. I check my phone, 12:50pm, another 40 minutes until lunch ends. I let out a small sigh and glance at Amelia, who's invested in her phone.
"Who're you texting?" I ask, peeking at her phone.
She shielded it from my view, "Someone." She went back to typing away, a small smile appearing on her face when whoever she texted replied.
Since no one's talking to me, I'm just going to go to sleep, 40 minutes is enough for my Power Nap. I rest my head in the table, pulling the hood of my jacket over my head and wrapping my arms around myself.
"I swear she had her Power Nap in registration already." Devon said, throwing an empty juice box at my head, "Get up you lazy shit."
"Leave her alone Devon, finish your food." Amelia scolded Devon, throwing the juice box back at him. She pulled me closer to her and rested her head on mine, wrapping her scarf around us. "I need some sleep too." She mumbled.
"Take a picture!" Amaris aggressively whispered, slapping Irene's arm.
"Stop slapping me!"
"I only slapped you once!"
"You slapped me as soon as we sat down with our food! Stop lying!"
"So you're accusing me of things I didn't do? That earns a slap!"
"Ow!"
"Can you guys shut up? We're trying to sleep here." Amelia muttered, her mind elsewhere. I feel myself slowly drifting away from reality, but then someone slaps Amelia awake and when she jolts up, she accidentally elbows me in the face.
I groan in pain and feel myself tearing up when the pain hits me, "Why the hell am I crying?"
"Sorry to ruin your heartfelt moment but Amelia girl, someone's looking at you as if you're his next prey." Aisha points behind us, and both me and Amelia turn around.
Amelia groans in annoyance, "He won't leave me alone."
I still haven't found who we're talking about.
"Right? I think it's getting a bit unhealthy now." Amaris agrees.
I still haven't found him.
"Who are we talking about?" I ask, turning back around. I've always been the slow friend, I laugh at the corny jokes Devon makes in the middle of class, always at least hours after he said the joke. It's something I can't fix.
