"You're family is fucking crazy."
It's been 3 days since I've woken up from my dreadful slumber. 3 whole days of constant nagging from doctors who just wouldn't stop poking needles into my skin and constantly asking me the same question over and over again?
How do you feel?
The question lingered in the back of my mind, yet somehow it was the only thing I was thinking of. How was I feeling?
Like shit.
No one from my family had visited me during the days I was awake, partially because we were back in Italy so that meant everyone had to start working again. What really perplexed me was the fact that my aunts haven't even texted me, let alone visit the hospital I was residing in.
Everytime I asked the doctors when my family would visit, they would swiftly avoid the question and demand me to swallow the many pills I have been consuming recently so I could get back to being healthy.
School had started yesterday, but I won't be released for another week so I had to resort into doing online tuition with my maths teacher instead.
Thankfully, my friends had been keeping me company instead.
Upon arriving in Italy four days ago, they were the first ones to be given access by Lucian to visit me, which was surprising considering the fact that my brother knows that my friends know what type of business he runs.
My friends stayed the night in my room despite me being unconscious, and when I woke up in the afternoon the following day, they refused to leave.
And when I mean refused, I mean they stayed all 3 days and nights with me because they didn't want me to be myself.
Amelia and Brielle were by my side, Amelia holding a bowl of chicken soup with the spoon in her other hand, "Just one more bite, ria."
Brielle, bless her soul, watched me through the night while everyone else was asleep because she was scared I would get whisked away by an intruder. Now, her head was by my legs, her arms wrapped around her body as she slept peacefully, her blond hair encasing her head like a golden halo.
Tyga and Leon were seated infront of the Tv playing Mario cart, two big blankets wrapped around the bean bags they were sitting on.
Grayson was sat on the floor infront of Amaris as she tried to braid his hair, but was continuously failing because of Gray's short strands of hair.
Aisha and Irene were in the small kitchen around the corner of my room, cooking Oreo cheesecake as per my request, while Devon was sitting on the other side of my bed, head firmly clasped in hands as he struggled with his algebra homework.
I shook my head when Amelia nudged my lips with the spoon, trying to get me to open my mouth and consume the vile liquid the hospital had claimed to be soup.
