EMILY'S POV :-
"Yes, yes, tell me Mr. Zach," I asked Zach.
"I actually lied to you. But trust me angel, I did everything just for you. When you were unconscious that day and were taken to the hospital, the doctor told me to keep you away from any more stress. She also suggested to take you out of the city for some refreshment. I knew that if I told you to come on a vacation with me, then you would have definitely said no. You would have never agreed to come with me. And I wanted you to be away from all your worries and just be happy and relaxed. I was not able to see you unhappy and in stress. So, I lied to you that there is an emergency in my Paris office. But my main purpose was to take you out on vacation, and that too for your good health. Please forgive me, please, I am sorry that I lied to you," Zach mumbled. I had to bite my cheek to control my laughter. He was mumbling and was nervous like a child, who had been caught stealing chocolates from the chocolate shop. He was afraid of me. Ha! Do I really have that effect on him? Ofcourse, I do havethis effect on him. So let's play a little more.
"Whatever, you lied to me, Mr. Zach. Don't talk to me." I said, pretending to be angry and turned around to go towards the car.
"Please angel, please don't be mad at me, love. I promise that I will never lie to you again," Zach told, coming behind me.
I stopped and immediately turned around. I looked up to see a very worried Zach. I went towards him and stood in front of him, folding my arms across my chest and still faking an angry look on my face.
"Oh yeah, you will never lie to me again?" I asked him.
"Yeah, baby I promise. Please just for...." Zach started mumbling again, but I interrupted him, "Not even after marriage?" I said and waited for his reaction, but he just continued his mumbling, "Yes, never, please forgiv....Wait! Wait! Wait! What did you just say?" Zach told me. So finally he realizes what I said. His blue eyes started sparkling and were looking like some precious gems. I can spend my whole day, looking into his damn beautiful deep eyes.
"After marriage, huh?" Zach asked me, raising his eyebrows at me.
I just nodded my head in agreement. He immediately wrapped his strong arms around my waist, holding me possessively and pulled me closed to him. He placed one of his hands on my cheek and started caressing it lovingly. My whole body was immediately set on fire. Sparks of pleasure were running down my spine. My mind stopped working. I was in a complete daze. I looked up only to see Zach looking at me with lust and desire completely visible in his eyes.
"I love you, soon to be Mrs. Paxwell," he told me in a very seductive and deep voice, which made another sparkle of pleasure run down my spine. My legs started becoming weak and were no more able to support me. This man is going to be the death of me.
"I love you too, Mr. Paxwell," I told him. And that was it. Zach didn't waste one more second and immediately captured my lips with his lips and started kissing me hungrily and passionately. I closed my eyes, to save this moment forever in my memory. I felt like I was on cloud nine and was not able to think anything at that moment. I felt protected and safe, being in Zach's arms. This is where I actually belong!
