Chapter 26

- Mitch

I walked out and followed the compass. It lead to a little village. My home village. As I sneaked passed the houses I saw Vikk's family, Rob's, Lachlans and Prestons. As I finnaly arrived at my destination I saw I was standing in the backyard of my house. I saw my mom and dad in the kitchen talking togheter. They looked as happy as ever. They even looked more in love with eachother then the last time I saw them, all those years ago. They knew I was gay and they knew I have a boyfriend, they just didn't know he is a Bacca. I never dared to tell them and I didn't want them to find out so I ran away. I came back a couple times to see how they where doing. The first couple times they where devastated, the happyness had vanished from my mom's eyes. My dad had lost his permanent smile. But as time got by they seemed to get better. Seeing them now back as they where made me so happy.

"I'm gonna go get some groceries." My mom told my dad before kissing him and walking out the door. The needle of the compass followed her movements. No, No! I can't kill her. I can't take her away. I followed her. She walked along the path as I heard yelling. I look at the source. A herd of horses came running towards her. They're gonna run her over. I flew towards her and right before she would have been stomped on I pushed her away and held her close to protect her. She looked up at me.

"Mitchell?" I was surprised she recognized me even though I looked totaly diffrent with my wings, tail and glowing eyes.

"You're alive." She said tears running down her cheeks.

"I shouldn't have done this. I'm sorry you're not supposed to see me. I wasn't supposed to let you live." I relized I failed Herobrine again. Jerome, I have to get to Jerome.

"Mitch, sweety it's alright."

"He's gonna kill him. I have to get to Jerome. I have to protect him. I have to protect the baby." I said backing off.

"Who's gonna kill Jerome? Is Jerome your boyfriend. Are you a father?" My mom kept asking questions.

"It's my fault I have to go." And with that I flew away. I was almost home when I got knocked into a tree.

"You failed me again Mitchell." Herobrine said pinning me to the tree. He then threw me trough the door of our house into the opposite wall.

"Oh my god, Mitch!" I heard Jerome say. My vision was a bit blurry so I could only see a figure with a big belly come towards me. Defenatly Jerome.

"Don't toutch him." Herobrine said. My vision cleared again and I stood up.

"You failed me Mitchell. You won't get away with it this time." He said walking towards me. He was gonna punch me.

"I challenge you to a duel." I said right before he was gonna punch me.

"A duel?"

"If I win, I don't have to work for you anymore. You won't harm Jerome, me, the baby or any of my friends and leave said people alone."

"And if I win?" He questioned.

"You can do whatever you want with me, noone else just me."

"Mitch don't." I heard Jerome say.

"Do we have a deal?" I said ignoring Jerome.

"Deal."

It's so freaking hot here where I live. It's way too hot. It's like 30°C or 86°F and it's already passed 8pm. That doesn't really happen alot here. So now I'm melting even tho I'm only wearing shorty shorts and a tank top. Anyone have tips to cool down? Please?
