Chapter 24

- Mitch

It's been another 2 months. Jerome told me about what Seto said. It scares me but if it's the only way to make sure my family is save then so be it. Speaking of family, you could now clearly see Jerome was pregnant so we had to tell our friends about it. They where confused at first but after we told them how they were really happy for us. I also find it funny he can't fit in his suit anymore, Jerome now wears sweatpants and other stretchy clothes and my big shirts.

"Miiitch!" Oh yeah I was getting him some fish. I grabbed the fish and some food for myselve before going back to him in the living room.

"There you are. I though you hot stuck or somethig." He said with a goofy smile on his face. I just smiled back.

"Hey I'm not the big one here." I joked reffering to his growing belly.

"Verry funny Mitch." He said trying to keep a straight face, but failing miserably. I laughed at that as I sat down and handed him the plate.

"Here you Bakka."

"Wait did you say Bakka?"

"Yes, yes I did." He made a shocked expression.

"But I love you either way." I said before pecking his lips. He smiled again and started eating his food. After we ate we just sat on the coutch cuddeling.

"Oh I almost forgot! I have something for you." Jerome said getting up from the coutch. He soon came back with a long box. He handed me the box.

"Happy 4year aniversary Mitch." My eyes widen I totally forgot our aniversary. I didn't get him anything.

"Don't worry Mitch. You protecting us is already enough." He awnered my unsproken thoughts.

"A...Are you sure?" He nodded.

"C'mon open it up." He said smiling. So I did as told and opend the box. In it there was a shining new Diamond sword. In the handle there where the enithials MH. This is my sword, the one I had since I was a kid but didn't wanna use because it was almost broken.

"Jerome I, this..."

"I brought it to the blacksmith to repair it. He also put unbreaking and sharpness on it." I wrapped my arms around him in a tight hug and gave him a shower of kisses.

"Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!" I said inbetween every kiss.

"You're welcome Mitch." He smiled while I was still kissing every bit of his face. I pulled away and took his paws in mine.

"I'm gonna get you something too. I promise. And I already know what." I smiled.

"Can I know?"

"No it's gonna be a surprise."

"But Miiiitch." He said making his dark brown eyes big while pouting. Something that always made me give him what he wanted.

"No. Those pouty Bacca eyes won't work this time."

"But Miiitch." He said still continue-ing. I had to look away to not fall for them.

"No Jerome it's gonna be a surprise. But I promise you'll like it."

"Fine." He said sitting back and looking forward his arms crossed around his chest. I got up an sat slightly on his lap, making sure not to squize his belly, with my knees on either side of his hips. I gently massaged his belly something I had learned he really enjoyes. He soon started to purr a bit. Then he sighed.

"Why are you so hard to stay mad at?" He asked looking in my eyes.

"Because you love me too much."

"Nah it's something else." He joked before pulling my face to his and kissing me.

"I love you so so so much Jerome." I told him as we pulled back.

"I love you too Mitch."
