Chapter 6: Fearful encoumter

Reshin's POV

I was in my room excited for tomorrow  and you can't blame me I can't belive it we're finally gonna learn magic!

Luna: that's good to hear

I suddenly jumped up by the sudden voice in my head whose name is Luna and is apparently a woman
At first I thought I was imaging things until I just gave in so far  the only person who knows other than me is my sister

Reshin: jeez Luna don't scare me like that!

Luna: aww not even gonna say hi

Reshin: uhhh...hi?

Luna giggles

Luna: relax Reshin I'm just kidding

Reshin: well any ways do you think I should spend some time with Sayori

Luna: definitely

I'm on my way to Sayori's room and I see her gone and her sainetsu's on her bed so I check for her downstairs

Reshin: where could you be sis?

Then as if on cue I spot mom in the kitchen baking some cup cakes

Shinobu: Oh Reshin would you like to try a cupcake

Reshin: umm no thanks mommy sorry but I'm looking for Sayori

Shinobu: oh she said that we wanted to go on a walk around 30 minutes ago but... now that you think about it she should have been back by now

Luna: I don't have a good feeling about this Reshin

Shinobu: go and check on her

Reshin: thanks mom!

Before I go I make sure to bring Dekiru with me just in case
I run into the woods behind our home until I see footprints...Sayori's footprints!
I keep on following it until I hear shouting

Sayori: let go of me you creep!

???: come on don't struggle just let me show you a good time~

the creepy dude had a weird smile until my little sis kicked him where the sun don't shine

???: you litte sh-

Before he could grab my sister I ran and spin kicked him in the jaw which sent him across the ground a few feet way

Reshin: don't touch my sis if ya know what's good for you

I then unsheathed my Dekiru and prepared to dash at him

???: shut the hell up brat!

Until I suddenly see a burst of flames emanating from his body

Reshin: ok this just got ten times harder...

Sayori: waaahh!! Onee-chan! I was so scared waaaah!!!

I could see tears pouring from my sister's eyes and that made me even more angry

So I then dashed at him and delivered multiple slashed to which he dodged them all

???: hmph amateur... flame burst!

He then sent a ball of flames that exploded as I got close launching me into a tree and knocking me unconscious

Sayori: ONEE-CHAN!!!

???: now where was I... yes your coming with me cutie~

Sayori: no

But before the man could complain he felt a hand around his neck and a scary presence behind him

??: harassing girls huh, you really need to feel pain now

Sayori: Dad!

Sayori's POV

I saw my dad with my unconscious brother on his shoulder

Geten: ya mess with my kids then your gonna pay a ton

Then I see flames burst from the hand my dad was using to hold his neck

???: AAARRGGGHH!!!

Dad then threw him to a tree then set big bro next to me then was about to run at the man

Geten: watch over your big brother ok princess

Sayori: yes dad!

Geten: ok then ... burning Sabre!

I then saw flames form a Sword in my dad's hands he rand at the man and started slashing him leaving burn marks all over him

???: p-please I'm s-sorry

Geten: then get out of here before I change my mind

The man then ran away

Geten: hmph coward...

Then suddenly my big bro shot up

Reshin: huh!? Sayori are you ok! or hurt any where at all!?

Sayori: yes onee-chan I'm fine look dad saved us!

I then look at my brother face...he looked so disappointed

Reshin: dammit... I was too w-weak

Sayori: no your not! Your plenty strong!

Reshin: NO IM NOT I COULDN'T EVEN PROTECT YOU!!! I EVEN WENT DOWN IN ONE HIT!!!

I stared at him in shock... he has never raised his voice at me before...

Reshin: I-I I'm sorry!

He then ran back home and I was about to go after him until my dad put his hand on my shoulder

Geten: just give him some time I'm sure he just needs time and everything will be back to normal

Sayori: I hope so dad...

I hate seeing Onee-chan so sad like this I feel so sad it hurts to think about it

Geten: let's head home after all both of your magical training starts tomorrow so you two need rest

Sayori: ok dad

Just hang in there Onee-chan!
