I quickly turned to my right and noticed yet another guard I hid behind the wall waiting for them to pass
"Get her" I heard a voice
"Damn it" I muttered under my breath as I rushed out pushing one of the guards aside
They were all hot on my heels, chasing after me Thinking quickly I whispered "Fall," causing two of them to stumble and fall However there were still five more in pursuit
With all my strength I managed to run out of the house finally escaping their grasp
It was still dark but I kept running as fast as I could because they were still chasing me Suddenly I spotted Logan
"Hey Imogen, what's wrong? Why are you running like this?" he Asked
"I don't have time to explain Please, just help me" I pleaded
"How can I help?" he asked Just as the men approached I pushed Logan away and continued running.
"Where did she go?" I heard the men ask Logan as I sprinted ahead Thankfully, he lied and misled them I kept running
I stopped running as I spotted a car nearby I quickly approached the car and opened the door catching my breath
"Please, take me out of here" I pleaded with the driver However I didn't hear the driver say anything in response Suddenly I heard a voice beside me
"Of course my lady He will take us to my palace" the voice said I lifted my head and my eyes widened in surprise as I realized who was sitting next to me....
