Hyunjin, a member of the popular group Stray Kids, was known for many things: his dancing, his looks, and his charisma. However, courage in the face of the supernatural was not one of them. This fact became abundantly clear one crisp autumn evening when he and the rest of Stray Kids, along with his girlfriend, Y/N, decided to visit a famed 'haunted' hospital attraction.
The hospital, a sprawling structure of dimly lit corridors and creaking doors, was designed to thrill and terrify. As they entered, Hyunjin's usual confidence waned, replaced by a palpable sense of dread. He clung to Y/N, seeking comfort in her presence.

"Are you sure this is a good idea?" Hyunjin whispered to Y/N, his voice tinged with apprehension.

Y/N, amused yet empathetic, squeezed his hand reassuringly. "It's just actors and props, Hyunjin. I'm here; you'll be fine."

Their journey through the haunted hospital was a series of startling encounters. Each time an actor in a ghastly costume leaped out, Hyunjin's reaction was immediate – a sharp scream, followed by a swift retreat behind Y/N. Despite his usual suave demeanor, in this setting, he was unabashedly scared, clutching onto Y/N's arm or wrapping his arms around her waist.
Y/N, for her part, found his reactions both amusing and endearing. She did her best to shield him from the scares, often stepping in front with a brave face.

"Don't worry, I've got this," she said with a laugh, as another 'ghost' popped out, causing Hyunjin to yelp and hide his face in her shoulder.

The rest of Stray Kids trailed behind them, their reactions a mix of laughter, screams, and encouragement. Some, like Han and Felix, were also visibly unnerved but couldn't help laughing at Hyunjin's exaggerated responses. Others, like Bang Chan and Seungmin, took it in stride, teasing their bandmate while navigating the spooky corridors.

"Hyunjin, you're more afraid than the kids who came in before us!" Bang Chan chuckled, dodging a 'zombie' nurse with ease.

"Hey, it's not funny!" Hyunjin retorted, his voice muffled against Y/N's shoulder. "These things are terrifying!"

Despite his protests, there was a smile in his voice, a hint of enjoyment beneath the feigned terror. Y/N knew this and continued to play along, her protective stance a mix of genuine concern and playful teasing.

"Look out, Hyunjin! Here comes another one!" I.N shouted from behind, pointing to a particularly gruesome-looking actor approaching them.

Hyunjin's grip tightened, but this time, he peeked out, ready to face the scare with Y/N by his side. As the actor lunged, Hyunjin let out a half-scream, half-laugh, bolstered by Y/N's reassuring presence.
As they neared the end of the attraction, the scares became more intense, but so did the laughter and camaraderie among the group. Y/N and Hyunjin, hand in hand, led the way, their fear now mixed with exhilaration.
Finally, they emerged into the cool night air, the haunted hospital behind them. Hyunjin's relief was palpable, but there was also a sense of accomplishment in his eyes.

"I did it," he exclaimed, a wide grin spreading across his face. "I mean, we did it, Y/N. I couldn't have done it without you."

Y/N laughed, nudging him playfully. "You did great, Hyunjin. But next time, maybe we stick to something less scary?"

The group agreed, their laughter mingling with the night air as they recounted their favorite moments from the night. Hyunjin, still holding onto Y/N, looked at her with affection and gratitude.

"Thanks for being there, Y/N. You really are my brave heart," he said softly, his fear replaced by the warmth of the moment.

As they walked away from the haunted hospital, the Stray Kids members continued to tease and joke, the night's adventure another shared memory in their bond. And for Hyunjin and Y/N, it was a reminder of their strong connection, a bond that made even the scariest of haunts a journey worth taking together.
