The news of Midoriya and Bakugo's relationship explodes beyond the walls of U.A. Pro heroes congratulate them, gossip spreads like wildfire, and fan art depicting them in various romantic scenarios floods the internet. While they initially scoff at the attention, they come to tolerate it, finding amusement in the most outrageous fan theories.

However, the unexpected media frenzy throws a wrench into their relationship. During a training exercise, Midoriya finds himself paired with Nejire Hado, a popular third-year student known for her bubbly personality and powerful quirk. Nejire, upon learning about Midoriya's relationship with Bakugo, becomes inexplicably enthusiastic. She bombards him with questions about "hero couple dynamics" and offers "relationship advice" that mostly involves playful teasing and strategically placed hair flips.

Throughout the exercise, Nejire sticks close to Midoriya, her laughter echoing across the training grounds. Their teamwork is undeniably effective, leading to playful banter and smiles that, to a casual observer, could be interpreted as something more.Back in the changing rooms, Midoriya, still flustered from Nejire's overwhelming presence, encounters a surprisingly sullen Bakugo. His usual fiery demeanor is replaced by a scowl that could curdle milk

"So," Bakugo grumbles, avoiding Midoriya's gaze, "how was your little training session with the 'sparkling hero'?"
Midoriya, sensing Bakugo's underlying irritation, quickly assures him, "It was fine, Kacchan. Nothing special." Bakugo throws him a skeptical look that speaks volumes. He grunts something indecipherable under his breath and stalks out of the changing room, leaving Midoriya bewildered by his sudden change in mood.

Later that evening, as they stand on the rooftop watching the stars, Midoriya decides to address the elephant in the room. "Are you... okay, Kacchan?" Bakugo hesitates for a moment, then explodes. "Of course I'm okay, Deku! Why wouldn't I be?" Despite his gruff denial, Midoriya can see the flicker of insecurity in Bakugo's eyes. He remembers Nejire's constant attention, her playful touches, and wonders if Bakugo might be feeling... jealous.

Hesitantly, he reaches out and takes Bakugo's hand. Bakugo starts to pull away, but Midoriya holds him firm.
"Kacchan," Midoriya says gently, "you don't have to pretend. If you're feeling... uncomfortable... about the whole Nejire thing, you can tell me." Bakugo looks surprised, then a blush creeps across his cheeks. "Who says I'm uncomfortable, Deku?"

"Well," Midoriya teases gently, "you haven't exploded at anyone yet today, and that's practically unheard of." Bakugo scowls but a small smile plays on his lips. He finally admits, "Maybe... just maybe... seeing you hang out with that flashy hero chick... it kinda bugged me." A wave of relief washes over Midoriya. He squeezes Bakugo's hand. "Well, there's no need to worry about that, Kacchan. Nejire's a great hero and a good friend, but... she's not you."

Bakugo meets his gaze, a spark of possessiveness in his eyes. "Damn right, she's not." Their eyes lock, unspoken emotions hanging heavy in the air. The playful banter gives way to a comfortable silence, punctuated only by the gentle hum of the city below and the soft rustling of leaves in the night breeze.

Midoriya leans in slowly, closing the distance between them. Just as their lips are about to meet, a loud, obnoxious voice shatters the moment."Hey lovebirds! Mind making some room for a third wheel?"
Mina Ashido stands on the rooftop, a mischievous grin plastered on her face. Midoriya and Bakugo share an exasperated look, their moment stolen by their ever-enthusiastic friend.

Despite the interruption, a newfound sense of understanding settles between them. While the future promises challenges, both expected and unexpected, they know they'll face them together.
