"Tou-san, Mitsuki oji-san, welcome home!", Kagami called as she got up from the lavish, soft sofa. She hastily made her way to where her father and uncle stood before the doorway.
"There are four boys in my lounge, Kagami-chan.", Daichi said seriously as he cast the girl an unimpressed, sidelong gaze. The scene didn't paint a pretty picture to him, honestly.
"Oh, yes, these are the classmates I was telling you about. Please be nice to them, I'm begging you. They really need my help.", she explained, trying hard not to sound disrespectful because her mouth had a mind of its own sometimes.
Mitsuki simply cast an indescribable glance over to where the boys were studying, oblivious to the conversation not far from them. He frowned.
"You've been alone with them this whole time?", Mitsuki finally asked lowly, turning his gaze towards the girl. She shook her head, but didn't say anything. Mitsuki pursed his lips. He wasn't sure if he believed her. She quickly looked over at the boys, gaze searching to see if they could hear them.
Luckily, Ryosuke came down the stairs at this moment. He approached the doorway, dressed in casual dress and looking highly insignificant in his dull coloured clothes. He seemed to be about ready to leave.
"I need to leave now, guys, so you'll have to be alone until...", he trailed off at the sight of his two uncles, tense and all. He let out a soft breath as the words died in his throat.
"So you weren't alone. Acceptable, but I'm still not comfortable with you having so many males around you.", Daichi said. Mitsuki nodded in agreement, looking more serious than usual. Ryosuke quickly spoke before Kagami could, jumping to her defence.
"Isn't that a bit unfair? Kagami-chan isn't so mischievous, she wouldn't do anything stupid.", he argued, a frown settling onto his face. In all her fifteen years of life, he had never seen the girl playing with other girls or even acting too much like them. She spent a lot of time with the Bakugō boy, and the rest was spent by herself. She knew to be wary of boys and their ways. Kagami wasn't stupid.
"Kagami-chan is a scholarly kid with no time for fooling around, but even she needs to let loose and chill from time to time. Just give her a chance.", Ryosuke assured them, before quickly bidding them goodbye and leaving in a rush. Once he was gone, Kagami smiled once more and spoke quickly.
"Tou-chan, oji-chan, I promise you, I have no romantic interests at the moment if that's why you're so concerned. Don't worry about me like that.", she said ernestly. The men shared a look, still unimpressed.
"Let me introduce you to them. Come on in.", she said, smiling. She turned and pranced back to her classmates. She stood behind a boy with bright red hair, who looked up at her with a bright smile.
"What's up, Akiyama-san?", he asked coolly. The girl looked down at him, placing a hand on his shoulder.
"You're about to meet a few of my family members. Don't be intimidated, guys.", she said unconvincingly. The boy seemed to blanch, but said nothing. Instead, he turned his gaze to the two men that stood not far away.
"I'm not happy, Daichi-nii.", Mitsuki said lowly as he entered the room.
"Neither am I, otōto.", Daichi said lowly. They walked in after Kagami, still a bit tense, but slightly more relaxed with Ryosuke's assurance. She beamed at them, bringing her hands together as if in prayer.
"Tou-chan, oji-chan, these are my classmates, Kaminari-san, Kirishima-san, and Izuku-kun. You already know Katsuki-kun." she said as she pointed them out respectively. "Izuki-kun, Katsuki-kun and I have been friends since preschool."
"Guys, meet my dad and my uncle, Akiyama-san and Akiyama-san.", she said with a giggle.
The three boys shot to their feet. Kagami's smile faltered breifly, but she forced her expression to stay the same. Katsuki slowly rose as well.
