Chapter 10: Free To Go (WildEyes PoV)

I watched as the leaders all headed over to the high rock. As it was that I did in fact shiver as I spotted one cat from near by. Who I knew should not be with the others deputies but seemed to stay close by any ways.
Which was of course DustEyes, as it was that I did in fact just seem to try to stay calm. Just as it was that I did in fact get my focus off of the tom. And on to MoonStar in stead, who was beginning to speak up, at that.
"Cats of the clans, we have come together in a time of peace to speak to one another about how our lives have been as of recently... I hope you all are doing well, and any leader is free to step up and begin..." He did in fact just seem to say.
As it was quite a bit respectful as to just what he had said. As it was that I felt like he was a very smart and wise cat as I could tell. As it was that I did in fact go and blink my eyes a few times just as it was so.
Just as soon as it was that he had in fact just said that. That was when it was that I did in fact see him step back. As it was that I did in fact hear the upset voice of NettleStar speak just as soon as it was like so.
"I appreciate the help MoonStar... But you are only the leader of Windclan, and not the leader of all of the clans... We can speak up for our selves for once with out your permission..." He did in fact just seem to say.
As it was that he did in fact squint his eyes at the Windclan leader. Just as soon as he had said what he had said. As it was that my eyes did in fact grow wide in surprise.
As I was not too sure as to just what the tom cat had done wrong. As it was that I did in fact just seem to see him squint his eyes back at NettleStar. As a lot of cats were on his side just MoonStar spoke up.
"Well... Then you are always welcome to do so... But until one of you steps up and does it like you say you can... Than I guess it will be my job..." The tom cat did in fact just seem to say, all at the exact same time too.
The tom cat did in fact have a very valid point. On the fact that he had in fact even just said that. As it was that I heard a few cats from ShadowClan and ThunderClan hiss back at him as he had said that.
As it was that NettleStar did in fact seem to have his eyes grow wide. As it was that he seemed to go and look on over to his deputy. Just as it was that I did in fact hear the voice of my father speak up, at that.
"Alright... Like the Starclan cats have told us, this is supposed to be a time of peace between the clans... So how about we keep it that way? I will go ahead and step up if you both will stop bickering for once..." He did in fact just seem to say, all at once.
As it was that he had in fact just seemed to have made it sure. That all of the cats knew that he was not choosing a side on what he had said. Though both me and MoonStar knew who's side he was on, at that.
Just as soon as it was that it had in fact been like so. I then did in fact just seem to hear SummerStar speak up. As it was that I did in fact go and listen as to just what she had to say.
"Go ahead then KettleStar... I have some news I would like to share as well..." She did in fact just seem to say. As it was clear that she did in fact want to let KettleStar get over with what he had to say.
It was clear that she felt like what she had to say was important. As I felt like it wasn't fair to our clan at all. But I also did in fact know that I didn't know what she had to say.
As it was that it had in fact just seemed to have been the case. That was when it was that I then did in fact begin to start to see my father nod. As it was that he did in fact begin to start to speak up to all of the cats that were here, just as he had done before.
"Very well... The RiverClan has been doing fine this last moon... We have not lost any cats, and the hunting season is doing surprisingly well for this time of the year..." He did in fact just seem to say, all at once.
Just as soon as it was that he had said as to just what he had said. I then did in fact just seem to smile, all at once. As it was that I felt like I couldn't help but to have my head held high, just as soon as I had said that.
Just as soon as it was that it had in fact been like so. I then did in fact begin to start to go and move. As it was that I did in fact go and start to speak up my self quietly, at that.
"And we will continue to do well..." I did in fact just seem to say, all at the exact same time too. As it was that I did in fact squint my eyes at the cats around me just as I had said that.
Just as soon as it was that it had in fact been like so. As it was that I could still feel some tension on the island. I then did in fact just seem to go and let out a bit of a soft sigh to my self, all of the sudden.
Just as soon as it was that I had done as such a thing like that. I then did in fact go and shake my head just a little bit on over to my self. As it was that I did in fact go and simply just turn my head away, at that.
Just as soon as it was that I had done as such a thing like that. I then did in fact begin to start to go and hear SummerStar speak up, at that. As it was that I did in fact go and look at her as I listened as to just what she had to say, at that.
"Yes... Our clan has been doing well... Even though my mate has still yet to come join our clan..." She did in fact just seem to say. As it was that I did in fact seem to see her turn her head just as she had said that.
As it was that I saw that she had her eyes squinted at NettleStar. As I was in fact completely lost as to just what she had meant by that. As it was that I did in fact just seem to start to go and hear PiperStar speak up.
As it was that he had his eyes wide just as soon as it was like so. As it was that he did in fact go and start to have a bit of a smirk. Just as soon as it was that he did in fact go and start to speak to SummerStar, at that.
"Oh? Your mate that you had kits with a few moons ago still hasn't joined your clan? Who is this cat? Is he a rogue?" He did in fact just seem to say, all at the exact same time too.
As he had some sarcasm in his voice just as he had said that. As it was clear that he knew just who the cat was that she had been talking about. As it was that I was still a bit lost as to just what was going on.
As it was that it had in fact just seemed to have been like so. That was when it was that I then did in fact just seem to hear SummerStar scoff. As it was that she once again did in fact go and start to speak back to every one, all at the exact same time too.
"Quite the opposite actually... He is a cat from a clan... And he made a promise to be with me... If you want to step up and speak do it now... I have waited long enough and I grow tired..." She did in fact just seem to say.
As it was that she did in fact go and lift her head up high. Just as soon as it was that she had in fact just said that. As I was still quite a bit lost as to just who she was talking about, at that.
Just as soon as it was that I did in fact just seem to stare for just a little bit more time. As it was that my head was in fact tilted just as soon as it had been like so. That was when it was that the clearing did in fact just seem to ring out in silence.
As it was that it had in fact just seemed to have been the case. That was when it was that MoonStar did in fact go and speak up. As it was that he did in fact have his eyes squinted at SummerStar, all at once.
"It sounds like this cat must not be a very strong cat if he wouldn't speak up and admit to it... It is against the Warrior Code to mate with a cat in another clan... But we can let it pass if we don't want another war..." He did in fact just seem to say.
As it was that he did in fact go and look at SummerStar and NettleStar both. Just as soon as it was that he had in fact even just said that. As I was still quite a bit lost as to just what it was that was in fact going on.
As it was that I did in fact have my head tilted for just a little bit more time, all at once. That was when it was that I did in fact hear SummerStar speak. As it was that I saw that NettleStar had his head low to the ground in guilt just as it was like so.
"Cats of Shadowclan! Behold! Your leader has broken the warrior code once again! He has mated with a cat from Thunderclan, and not just any cat, but ThunderClan leader!" She did in fact just seem to say.
As just as soon as it was that she had said as to just what she had said. It all then did in fact just seem to start to make sense to me. As I was not all too sure how I had in fact not seen any of this before.
All of the cats from all of the clans did in fact begin to seem to be shocked, all at once. As to just what it was that she had in fact said. As it was that there were voices speaking from all over the place.
As it was that it had in fact just seemed to have been the case. I did in fact get my eyes on one cat in specific, all at once. As it was of course DustEyes, as he had a smile on his face.
It was clear that he was enjoying all that was going on. As it was also clear that he did in fact know all about what had happened. As it was that I did in fact shiver just as soon as it was that I then spoke to my self.
"Please Starclan help us..." I did in fact just seem to say, all at once. As it was that I had in fact not at all expected this gathering to go the way that it had been already.
I had felt like the clans had finally come to some sort of peace. But all of that was now gone, just in a flick. As it was that it did in fact seem to be that every one was freaking out.
As it was that it had in fact just seemed to have been like so. That was when it was that I then did in fact just seem to start to hear the voice of MoonStar go and speak up. As it was that I turned my head over to the Windclan leader just as it was like so.
"Every one be quiet! Let us figure out what to do before every one makes any sort of assumptions!" He did in fact just seem to say. As it was that he did in fact seem to look at every one in the clearing with his eyes wide.
As it was that he had said as to just what he had said. Most of the cats did in fact seem to calm down. As the ones who didn't, realized right away that every one else was.
Just as soon as it was that it had in fact been like so. I then did in fact begin to start to go and hear the voice of DustEyes go and speak. As it was that I did in fact listen as to just what he had to say, all at once.
"Yes every one! Listen to MoonStar! The leader of all of us! Listen to what he has to say!" He did in fact just seem to say, all at the exact same time too. As it was that he did in fact seem to mock the cat as he had said that.
It was clear that MoonStar realized that it was in fact the case. As it was that I heard a few more cats go and hiss at the tom. As it was clear that they did in fact not like at all as to just what DustEyes had said.
As it was that it had in fact just seemed to have been the case. That was when it was that I then did in fact begin to start to hear my father speak up. As it was that I did in fact go and listen as to just what he had to say.
"If I remember correctly DustEyes... You shouldn't even be a part of the clans any more... You are lucky to be here, you should stop talking and let us figure out what to do with your friend over here..." He did in fact just seem to say, all at once.
As it was that he did in fact seem to humble the tom cat. On the fact that it was that he had said as to just what he had said. As it was that I did in fact just seem to see DustEyes eyes grow wide just as it was like so.
As it was clear that he did in fact not like at all what he had said. But he did in fact seem to stay silent about it any ways. As it was that I did in fact see him lower his head to the ground just as it was that MoonStar began to speak, all at once.
"NettleStar... What have you got to say for your self? What are you going to do now that you have a mate in another clan? Are you going to join her, or are you going to stay as leader of ShadowClan..." He did in fact just seem to say.
As it was that he did in fact just seem to tilt his head at the tom. Just as soon as it was that he had in fact said as to just what he had said. As it was clear that he was letting him know the choices that he had.
As it was that it had in fact just seemed to have been like so. That was when it was that I then did in fact begin to start to NettleStar speak. As it was that he did in fact finally lift his head up just as soon as it was like so.
"I... I love SummerStar... I want to stay with her for the rest of my life... But... I don't want to leave my clan behind..." He did in fact just seem to say, all at the exact same time too.
As it was that he did in fact nod his head to his clan mates. Just as soon as it was that he had in fact said as to just what he had said. As it was that I did in fact just seem to see every one just seem to calm down.
Just as soon as it was that it had in fact been like so. I then did in fact begin to start to hear the voice of a she cat go and speak up. As I turned my head to see that it was the SkyClan deputy, all of the sudden.
"Well if that is the choice that you want to make than go ahead and join her... I think that ShadowClan will be fine with out you... And all of the damage you have caused already..." She did in fact just seem to say.
As it was that it was quite a bit harsh just as to what she had said. As it was clear that a lot of cats did in fact not like it at all. But they also did in fact realize that she brought up a fair point, all at once, at that.
Just as soon as it was that it had in fact just been the case. I then did in fact just seem to start to go and hear MoonStar speak up. As it was that I did in fact go and listen as to just what he had to say, at that.
"We will give you respect and time to consider your choice NettleStar..." He did in fact just seem to say, all at the exact same time too, at that. As it was that he did in fact nod his head to the tom cat, all at once.
The other tom cat seemed to have his eyes wide as it was like so. As it was that he did in fact just seem to shiver all of the sudden. As it was that I did in fact just seem to go and see him step up and nod back to MoonStar.
Just as soon as it was that he had done as such a thing like that. As it was that every ones eyes did in fact seem to be on him right now. He then did in fact begin to start to go and speak up, all at once.
"Alright... I will go and join SummerStar in ThunderClan a few moons from now... I will be with her and my kits... But please give me time to figure out who will be my next leader at least?" He did in fact just seem to say, all at the exact same time too.
As it was that it had in fact just seemed to have been like so. That was when it was that I did in fact seem to see him nod to MoonStar. As it was that he did in fact now seem to view him as the leader of us all, at that.
As it was that I just seemed to continue to stare with my eyes wide. As I was still just lost and surprised by all that was going on. I then did in fact begin to start to go and hear PiperStar speak up, at that.
"Should we even give him that? His last choice was terrible! Should we not let the clan decide, or all of us make a vote on it?" He did in fact just seem to say, all at once.
As it was that he did in fact just seem to squint his eyes at NettleStar. Just as soon as it was that he had said as to just what he had said. As it was that I once again saw the tom cat go and lower his head to the ground.
Just as soon as it was that it had in fact been like so. That was when it was that I then did in fact begin to start to see him go and nod. As it was that I did in fact seem to start to hear him speak, all at once.
"If you want my clan to vote on the next leader I will let that be..." He did in fact just seem to say, all at once. As it was that he did in fact just seem to go and nod his head at PiperStar just as he had said that.
The tom cat seemed to be surprised by the fact that he had agreed with him, all at once. As it was that his eyes did in fact just seem to grow wide. As it was that he did in fact seem to smile at the end of it all.
Just as soon as it was that it had in fact just been the case. That was when it was that MoonStar did in fact go and start to speak up. As it was that he did in fact just seem to make sure we all heard him again.
"That won't be necessary NettleStar... I trust you to make the right choice in the future of your clan, and the future of us all this time..." He did in fact just seem to say, all at once.
As it was that he did in fact just seem to look at the other leaders. As it was that he did in fact go and nod his head to them as it was like so. As it was clear that PiperStar didn't like what he had said at all.
But he did in fact go and nod back to him any ways. As it was that he then did in fact begin to start to go and speak up, at that. As it was that I once again did in fact go and listen as to just what he had to say.
"Very well then... Skyclan has been doing well as of lately... The leaves are growing, and the seasons are changing for us... The apprentices and the new kits have been doing well too, things have turned around ever since..." He did in fact just seem to say, all at the exact same time too.
Just as soon as it was that it had in fact just been the case. That was when it was that he lowered his head to the ground in pain. As it was clear that we all knew as to just what he was talking about.
I saw a lot of cats around us look sad and many guilty. As it was that I knew that SkyClan had taken the biggest blow from this. As it was that I did in fact go and seem to lower my head to the ground my self.
Just as soon as it was that it just seemed to all be silent. That was when it was that MoonStar then did in fact begin to go and speak up. As it was that I once again listened as to just what the Windclan leader had to say, all at the exact same time too.
"Alright... Thank you PiperStar... Windclan has been doing well, my mate just had 2 new healthy kits! We are doing well here! We hope that many more are to come!" He did in fact just seem to say, all at the exact same time too.
As it was that he had said as to just what he had said, all at once. I then did in fact just seem to start to hear the voice of BriarBush. As it was that he did in fact seem to speak up from below, all at once.
"Congrats on that MoonStar! I hope you have many more healthy kits to come from you in the future!" He did in fact just seem to say. As it was that he had a big smile on his face just as he had said that.
I knew that BriarBush was good friends with the Windclan leader. As it did in fact make sense to me as to just why he had said that. As it was that I did in fact go and let out a soft sigh to my self just as it was like so.
Just as soon as it was that it had in fact just been the case. I then did in fact just seem to go and shiver, all at once. As it was that I did in fact also begin to hear MoonStar go and speak back to him, all of the sudden.
"Thank you... There will be plenty more to come... You can count on that... NettleStar?" He did in fact just seem to say, all at once. As just as soon as he had moved further back.
He then did in fact go and look at the Shadowclan leader. That did in fact not seem to be the leader for all too much longer. As it was that I saw the tom cat lift his head up just as he had heard his name called.
Just as soon as it was that it had in fact just been the case. I then did in fact go and seem to see his eyes were wide, all at once. As he seemed to be confused just as he spoke back to MoonStar, at that.
"Huh? What?" He did in fact just seem to say, all at once. As it was that he did in fact tilt his head back at MoonStar just as soon as it was that he had in fact said that.
Just as soon as it was that it had in fact just been the case. That was when it was that I did in fact just seem to hear my father speak. As he did in fact go and roll his eyes at the tom just as soon as it was like so.
"All of the clans are waiting for you to hear the news of ShadowClan as of lately?" He did in fact just seem to say, all at once. As it was that he did in fact just seem to have his eyes wide just as it was like so.
Just as soon as it was that he had said as to just what he had said. I then did in fact just seem to start to see NettleStar blink his eyes. As it was that he did in fact go and start to under stand as to just what was going on.
Just as soon as it was that it had in fact been like so. He then did in fact go and nod his head right back on over to my father. As it was that he then did in fact also go and start to speak up just as he had done before, at that.
"Oh... ShadowClan has been doing solid... We lost an elder or so earlier in the moon cycle... Lost a few kits due to a sickness... But otherwise... Things have been okay..." He did in fact just seem to say, at that.
As it was that he did in fact let out a rough sigh. Just as soon as it was that he had in fact said that. As it was that I did in fact go and blink my eyes a few times just as it was like so.
Just as soon as it was that it had in fact just been the case. That was when it was that MoonStar once again did in fact go and speak up. As it was that he had a worried look on his face for what ever reason just as soon as it had been like so.
"Thank you for that NettleStar... And I am sorry for your losses... Cats are free to stay for a little longer and speak to one another... Other wise... Every one is free to go..."
