Chapter 27: That's Not Fair! (EchoPaws PoV)

After it was that I had caught the first mouse in the two leg place. Even though TreeTooth had told me it was the easiest place to catch prey. It all felt like it had clicked since that day.
Now it felt easy for me every time I learned something new. As before when I had first started this. I had felt low about myself and the way that things were.
That was no longer the case for me now. As I closed my eyes and then spoke to myself. As I was in fact having the time of my life at this very moment in time.
"I wonder what I will catch today..." I did in fact just seem to say. As I know that I had in fact caught quite a few rabbits as of lately.
But I did in fact also know that it was a basic prey to catch. As it was what most of us ate on a daily basis on this clan. Just as it was squirrels for ThunderClan and fish for RiverClan.
I knew quite a lot about both of those clans now. Now that it was that I had met some cats at the border. As I did in fact go and speak to myself as I thought on that.
"It's quite amazing what my father has built... You would think the clans would hate each other... But they seem to get along and work just fine..." I did in fact just seem to say.
As I did in fact smile just as I had in fact said that. As I knew that it was always better to see cats happy. And to see them working together, rather than the other way around.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to have thought on that. I then all of the sudden shook my head to my self. As I then began to start to hear the voice of TreeTooth speak to me.
"Alright EchoPaw... Are you up and ready to get this day started?" He did in fact just seem to say, all at the exact same time as well.
As just as soon as my mentor had in fact said that to me. I then did in fact go and blink my eyes a few times at first. As I did in fact also go and get myself up from my nest.
Just as soon as it was that it had in fact been like so. I noticed that RabbitPaw and my sister were nowhere to be seen right now. As I did in fact go and start to speak to myself just as it has been like so.
"I guess I got up too late to wish them a good day..." I did in fact just seem to say, all at once. As I did in fact lower my head to the ground just as soon as I had said that.
Just as soon as it was that it had in fact just been like so. I then did in fact kind of smile just a bit as well. As I knew how close me and my sister, and my best friend had become.
Ever since it was that we now spent every night together. As I did in fact go and lift my head back up. Just as it was that I then did in fact go and speak to myself again.
"I'm sure that they will be fine... It's time to get my day started now..." I did in fact just seem to say. As I did in fact also go and let out a rough sigh just as I had said that.
Just as soon as it was that it had in fact just been the case. I then did in fact begin to start to go and move ahead. As it was that I then did in fact begin to go and leave the den.
Just as soon as it was that it had in fact just been the case. I then also did in fact hear the relieved voice of TreeTooth. As he did in fact go and speak to me all of the sudden.
"Thank goodness... I was starting to get worried for a moment that you had ran off..." He did in fact just seem to say, all of the sudden.
As it was that I did in fact remember we had an argument last night. As I was not sure why he would think I would have ran off. But I didn't really care as I shook my head and then also spoke back to him, at that.
"And where is it that you think that I would go off too? Besides, I can't take care of myself if I went somewhere to relax..." I did in fact just seem to say, all at once.
As it was that I did in fact go and roll my eyes as I had said that. As it was that he seemed to have his eyes grow wide as it was like so. As he then also did in fact go and nod just as he spoke back to me.
"Yeah... Fair enough I guess... But are you ready to get the day started?" He did in fact just seem to say to me, all of the sudden.
As it was that it had in fact just seemed to have been like so. My eyes did in fact also just seem to grow wide. As I did in fact go and blink my eyes just a few times.
In the end however, I did in fact go and smile back at my mentor. As I then did in fact go and also nod back to him. Just as I then spoke back to him, at that.
"Yeah... What exactly are the plans for the day? What are you going to teach me to hunt?" I did in fact just seem to say, all of the sudden.
As it was that it had in fact just seemed to have been the case. He then did in fact go and shake his head right back at me. As I was confused what he was getting at just as he also spoke right back to me.
"No... We aren't hunting today..." He did in fact just seem to say. As it was that he did in fact seem to get a bit excited when he has said that.
I was completely lost as to just what he was so happy for. As I did in fact seem to feel a little bit disappointed. As I did in fact go and start to tilt my head back at him.
As I did in fact go and look at him for a little bit longer. I then did in fact begin to think on other things. Just as I did in fact also go and speak to him just like before.
"What is it that you want me doing today then? Do you want me taking care of the elders this early in the morning?" I did in fact just seem to say, all at once.
As I knew that it was a task that I had to do a few times. But it was usually when I was getting ready to sleep. After it was that I had already had a long day outside of the camp.
As it was that I did in fact just seem to look at him for a bit longer. He then did in fact go and roll his eyes just as he laughed a bit. I was not too sure what he found so funny as he then began to speak back to me.
"No... You won't be doing any of that nonsense... Don't worry... How about I take you there, and you'll figure out what we are doing real quick... I don't want to ruin the surprise..." He did in fact just seem to say.
As it was that he had said as to just what he had said. That was when it was that he then did in fact go and turn his head away. As it was that he did in fact go and nod his head outside of the camp, at that.
Whatever it was, it was clear that it wasn't work in the camp. As I had to assume that it had to be something that was good. Just as I then did in fact go and speak back to him.
"I'm not sure what could be better than learning to hunt new prey... But okay... I am coming..." I did in fact just seem to say, all at once.
As it was that my eyes did in fact still seem to be wide. Just as soon as it was that I had said that. As it was that I did in fact just seem to stare for just a bit longer.
Just as soon as it was that it had in fact been the case. That was when it was that he then let out a bit of a rough sigh himself. As I then did in fact go and start to hear him say one last thing to me, at that.
"Come on EchoPaw... You will see... Let's go now... We can't keep them waiting..." He did in fact just seem to say, all at the exact same time too.
I was not all too sure as to just what he was in fact talking about. As it was clear that whatever it was that we were in fact doing. It was going to be with some other cats, at that.
This time I did in fact kind of get a bit excited. As I then did in fact smile just as I lifted my head up. And I did in fact go and say something to him just as I began to follow him.
"Okay TreeTooth! I'm coming!" I did in fact just seem to say. As I then did in fact just seem to follow him across the clearing in camp.
Just as we did in fact go and pass the medicine den. As we did in fact go and start to reach the exit to the camp. I did in fact go and hear a familiar voice call my name.
"Hey EchoPaw! Have a great day! I love you!" I did in fact just seem to hear my sister HeartPaw say to me, all of the sudden.
As it was that she had said as to just what she had said to me. I then did in fact see her staring at me. As she did in fact have a big smile on her face just as it was like so.
My eyes stayed wide just as I stared at my sister. As I then did in fact go and also smile back at her. Just as I then also nodded and spoke back to her.
"Thank you! You too HeartPaw! I love you as well!" I did in fact just seem to say, all at once. As it did in fact kind of make me feel good to say what I had said.
As well as the fact that I had heard what she had said too. As I then did in fact go and start to look away. Just as it was that I did in fact also go and smile myself.
As it was that I seemed to feel better about everything. I then did in fact go and close my eyes. As I did in fact speak to myself just as I followed TreeTooth out of the camp.
"Today is going to be a great day... She is right... I can already feel it..." I did in fact just seem to say, all at the exact same time too.
As it was that it had in fact just seemed to have been like so. I then did in fact go and start to open my eyes. As I did in fact feel much better about the day, all at once.
