"S-Simon? Simon?" Tobi mocked him. Simon slowly lifted his head and turned so Tobi could see his side profile.

"Yeah, are you deaf?" he taunted.

"Excuse me?" Tobi's voice gaining a dangerous sound in it.

"Sorry." Simon caught a glance at Josh before putting his head down once again. Tobi put his feet on the desk and stuck his middle finger at Simon, who couldn't see it.

"Um, that's not very nice." Vik mentioned. Tobi just steered his finger towards Vik's direction. The lady from earlier suddenly busted into the room out of breath.

"Sorry about that. The copy machine was having troubles." she brushed the loose hairs away from her face. "Mr. Lerone, please take your feet off the desk." she ordered.

"My apologies, Jill." Tobi smirked at her. Damn, this kid is a real badass. Josh thought to himself. The rest of the afternoon was real quite. Josh had nothing else to do other than study the features of the other guys and stare at the back of Simon's head. A small grunt came from Vik as he furiously erased something in his notebook. To be honest, Josh thought the thick rimmed glasses fit Vik's frame.

"Excuse me ma'am, couldn't you maybe let us out early? I would way rather spend this beautiful Friday afternoon doing something else, and I know you would too." JJ ranted endlessly.

"Nope. Not my decision." she focused on the papers in front of her. Forty five minutes later and the seven boys were set free. On Josh's way out, he passed by Vik to see what he was doing the whole time. There on his paper was a dragon drawn with such incredible detail. Vik noticed Josh staring and smiled at him. When Josh noticed Vik looking back up at him, he returned a weak smile.

"That's really good." Josh complimented shyly.

"Thanks!" Vik put the notebook in his backpack and left. No one said anything else to each other after that. Truth be told, Josh was happy about that. He never talked that much anymore since his parent's divorce. So much confusion clouded his mind these days, he couldn't even think straight.
