Josh had minimal time to decide what to do. Kiss first then Simon? Or Simon and never kiss? He wasn't going to make another mistake. Josh loved Simon and he came here to make things right. Josh stopped moving forwards but Freya attached her lips to his anyways. Now Simon is probably going to think Josh stilled kissed her on purpose. Josh kissed back a little bit and then pulled away. He enjoyed it but it failed in comparison to Simon's.
"Freya that was a really nice kiss, but I really have to go. Sorry, see you around? Yeah, cool bye!" Josh rushed off to Simon. Once Simon saw Josh heading towards him he turned and ran off. "Simon wait!" Josh grabbed his shirt then Simon turned around and swatted his hand away.
"Don't touch me! You know we never officially broke up? So suddenly you think it's okay to go and kiss girls?" Simon's face scrunched up. Then JJ stumbled over.
"Oh hey, ladies. I bet this surrounding is a bit different from the gay bars you go to." JJ nudged him. He was on the verge of becoming drunk.
"Yeah you must know how it feels since you're always there sucking Jamie off." Simon sassed.
"What the fuck did you say to me faggot?!" JJ grabbed Simon and Josh's shirt collars and dragged them to a closet. "Have fun with seven minutes in heaven." JJ grinned before shutting and locking the door.
"No! Come back here! Don't leave me with this son of bitch!" Simon shouted, pounding on the door. Josh cringed at what Simon had just called him. Guess he kind of deserved it though.
"Simon please listen to me." Josh pleaded.
"Someone, please, help!" Simon continued banging on the door, ignoring Josh.
"Simon why would you even take Harry's side when he's the homophobe who hates us. You should just at least listen to my side of the story." Josh sat crosslegged on the floor behind Simon.
"Fine." Simon huffed sitting next to him, looking the opposite direction. He crossed his arms like a stubborn little kid.
"Look, Harry is doing all of this on purpose. He is trying to break us up. From the moment he heard us he planned this out. Harry promised to not tell anyone about our secret if I did these stupid little jobs and favors for him. If I told you or anyone else he would spill as well. He purposely threatened to ruin Tobi's jacket because he knew I wouldn't giving him the excuse to blab to everyone. I didn't want things to happen like this but I was stuck and didn't know what to do. I'm sorry." Josh finished. Simon slowly turned to face him.
"Alright, but then what happened out there?!" Simon pointed at the door.
"That's Freya. I ran into her in the kitchen. We were just talking and then suddenly we were about to kiss. But then I saw you and stopped but she kissed me anyways. I pulled away as quickly as I could without being rude. That was fully my fault and I was just being an idiot." Josh explained. Simon let out a large sigh. "Your kisses are way better than her's, honestly." Josh added as a bonus.
"I don't know if I can ever look at you the same but... I'll forgive you." A small smile appeared on his face. A wave of relief washed over Josh.
"Thank you, Simon. I love you and I promise you won't regret this." Josh held out his pinky. It was there thing they did. Simon linked his finger with Josh's.
"Seven minutes in heaven?" Simon said cheekily as he pecked Josh's lips.
"This is why I could never stop loving you." Josh rolled his eyes as he shoved Simon who laughed silently to himself. Then the door opened.
"What the?" a man stood over them, confused. "Get out of my closet before I beat you and tie your limbs together." he threatened. Simon and Josh scrambled up and hurried out.
"Lets get out of here before anything else bad happens. Where's Tobi?" Josh raised to his tippy toes scanning the area. The home had filtered out a bit so it wasn't too crowded anymore. He didn't seem to be downstairs so they went upstairs. First room empty, second room locked, bathroom, this left one room to be checked. Josh turned the knob and opened revealing something that would scar him and Simon for life.
"Shit! Sorry, Tobi!" Josh slapped his hand over his eyes and then Simon's. Tobi was in only his boxers with a random girl in only her underpants on top of him.
"Oh, uh, hey guys. Wh-What do you need?" Tobi stuttered.
"We wanted to go now but... you seem busy." Josh uttered.
"Uh... where's Vik?" Tobi thought of something to get them out. He hated to not help them but with a girl tracing shapes on stomach, they could wait. Josh bit his lip forgetting that Vik was here the whole time.
"You know that's a good question. We'll go find him." Josh shut the door and him and Simon ran downstairs. Whoops.
"I can't believe we left Vik alone this whole time! We're terrible friends." Simon's face turned red in embarrassment. They heard loud laughs and screams coming from out back. The two walked out to see something else they didn't want to.
"Oh. My. God... Fuck." Josh cursed under his breath. A group of guys surrounded Vik who had his glasses duct taped to his head, and chugging a beer can.
"Chug! Chug! Chug!" the guys chanted. Vik finished the drink within seconds and threw the can on the ground. The guys cheered as Josh and Simon stomped up to him.
"Vik oh my gosh, how many have you had?" Simon worried.
"Let me tell you, I've never seen an alcohol virgin drink so much before. He had eight." one the guys answered.
"Eight?!" Simon and Josh gasped in unison. "That's it Vik we're cutting you off here. Lets go." Simon grabbed his hand and pulled him away. The crowd booed and awed as they left for Tobi's car.
"But itsh sooo pertty outwide." Vik slurred. He tripped over his feet as Simon practically dragged him. "You know what we should dooo? We, we, should drive to, the... that one place. But since you're not old enough to drive, I will." Vik rambled.
"You're drunk stupid Vik." Josh told him.
"I'm not as think as you drunk I am." Vik tried argue. When they got to Tobi's car, Josh slid in the back first then Simon and finally Vik. Luckily Tobi left the hood up.
"Wait, if Vik's never had alcohol before..." Simon reached over Vik and opened the door, bending Vik out. Exactly ten seconds after, Vik threw up on the lawn. Josh shivered at the sound of his friend's heaving. Simon leaned against the seat, his hand still on Vik's back. "Well tonight is one for the books." Simon laughed.
"No kidding." Josh agreed. "Simon," he started.
"Don't worry about it. I still love you." Josh and Simon exchanged warm smiles. Nothing more romantic than sitting in your friend's smelly car while you can see him having sex with a random girl through the window as your other friend is heaving right next to you. Memories.
