**Kians P.O.V.** May as well, eh?

Billy:"Kian stop. You telling me isn't what made Sam mad. It was the kiss. And you didn't ruin our friendship. We'll get through this. I promise."

I read her text over and over, not knowing how to respond. I'm not sure why, but I believed her. Sam and I have been in worse fights, but this was the first one we ever had over a girl. I'm not sure how we is going to react. I knew I shouldn't have told her, but I really wanted to. I was well aware she was dating Sam, but I just.. I don't know. I guess I wasn't expecting her to dump Sam for me or anything. I'm not really sure what I thought she might do. I just couldn't help it. I fell asleep thinking about her, and woke up the same way. I've only known her for about 2 months and she already was a huge part of my life. I knew she was going to be since the day I met her.

"Kian?" Aria popped her head into my doorway. "You okay?"

"Yeah. I'll be fine." She stepped into my room and sat down on a chair. "Where are you going?" I asked noticing that she was wearing a sweater. Even though it was summer, it got pretty cold in the evenings.

"Just over to Billys...." she answered avoiding eye contact. I couldn't imagine how awkward this was for her. Her brother just told her best friend that he likes her, while her best friend was dating the person she was basically in love with for years.

"I'm sorry." I said. She looked confused, then she understood.

"It's okay." she replied. "Just please don't make things worse with Sam. Or anyone. I wouldn't worry about Billy, she has probably already forgiven you. But, be nice, okay? Extra nice." With that, she walked out.

I picked up my laptop and logged into Twitter. I read through some of my mentions and smiled. Atleast some people still like me. I sighed and closed the computer. I was walking into the kitchen when my phone rang. I dug it out of my pocket and saw Sam's picture on the screen.

"Hello?" I asked. I was scared of what he might have to say.

"Kian? Hi."

"I'm really sorry, okay? I know she's your girlfriend and I really shouldn't have done that. I messed up, but I'm hoping you'll forgive me..." It was quiet on the line. "You still there?" I asked.

"Yeah, I'm still here." Sam replied. By the tone in his voice, I could tell he wasn't as mad as before.

"Okay. And, I mean I'm not expecting you to forgive me right away either. It might take awhile, but I still want us to be friends. We can't let a girl come between us. Even if the girl is Billy" I heard Sam sigh.

"I know. I'm sorry too, man. I should have told you I wad going to ask her out to make sure you wouldn't be mad. I think we both could have done something to prevent this".

"I agree. So, the girls are at Billys.. Do you wanna hang out with me for awhile?" I was fully expecting him to say no, but to my surprise, he said okay.

"I'll be over in 15." Then he hung up. This is awesome. Sam and I are friends again.

I ran upstairs and out onto the balcony. I got a pillow from my bed and threw it at Billys window. A few seconds later, Aria walked out. She picked up the pillow and threw it back.

"Yes?" she asked.

"Where's Billy?" I asked trying to look around her into the room.

"She's on the phone. Why? What happened?" she looked concerned.

"Nothing bad. But go get Billy. I don't want to tell it twice." Aria quickly turned and walked back into the room. Aria walked back out, soon followed my Billy.

"So what did you need to tell us?"

I told them about my phone call with Sam and how excited I was not to be fighting. They were both smiling really big.

"Sam actually just told me the same thing!", Billy chuckled. "He's happy too."

This is how it should be. We should all be friends. Sure, it'll be hard seeing my two best friends dating, especially after what happened. But, it'll be alright. I'll get over it. I hope..

**Arias P.O.V.** This is fun.

"I'm so glad that the guys aren't fighting!" Billy looked so happy. I couldn't help but feel jealous. She had two boys fighting over her. One being my brother, and the other was the boy I tried to get to like me for years. Then she comes and does it in a matter of months. I mean, I love her to death, she's my best friend, but sometimes I just wish that everyone just wouldn't pay attention to her. I'm not mean, but, if you were me, how would you feel?

"Me too! Seeing Kian so sad was terrible. Kinda funny at first, but then it was kinda depressing." I said joining her on the bed.

"Yeah! Honestly, I think Sam likes Kian more than me!" she said laughing.

We basically talked like this for awhile. She was so easy to talk to. I kinda wish she would have picked Kian over Sam. Not because I liked Sam, but because they'd be such a cute couple. I think she knows that too, but neither of us would dare say it.

At 8pm, I went home. Sam was still there and they were just putting in a movie.

"Hey, loser." Kian said when he saw me. "Wanna join us?"

"What movie is it?" I asked heading up the stairs.

"Insidious." Sam replied. I wasn't much for scary movies, but I had nothing better to do.

I changed into pajamas and put my hair in a ponytail. I plugged in my phone and walked downstairs.

"What took you so long?" Kian asked. I just rolled my eyes and sat down between them. Sam looked over at me and smiled.

Halfway through the movie, I was terrified. I was basically on top of both Sam and Kian. I don't think they were even watching the movie anymore. They were just laughing at me. I ended up spilling the popcorn everywhere and bailing whenever we had to clean it saying I had to use the washroom. When I went to my room, I checked my phone. There was a message from Eric.

Eric:"Hey, uh, I don't know how to say this but, I think we should break up. It just isn't working. I'm sorry."

I just stared at the screen. Eric had just dumped me. Through text message. I slowly walked over to my bed and started to cry. When I didn't come down for awhile, Kian and Sam came looking for me.

"What's wrong?!" Sam asked sitting next to me. I pointed at my phone and Kian picked it up. Sam stood up so he could read it too.

"He's dead." Kian muttered. He looked so angry. "I never trusted him. I knew he would do something like this."

"Kian stop." I said weakly. "I'll be fine. Don't hurt him."

"Don't hurt him?! Look what he did to you. Do you even care?!" Kian was now yelling. He was always overprotective, but he was never this bad.

"Man, you just need to calm down. No need to do anything stupid, okay?" Sam said sitting next to me again.

"Alright, alright. But if he ever comes near you again, you better tell me." I said looking at me.

"I will." I promised.

Kian stormed out of the room. By this time, it was almost 11, and I was exhausted. Sam stayed there, comforting me.

"I think I'm going to go to sleep now." I said.

"Alright, goodnight." he got up and started to walk out.

"Sam, wait." He turned to look and me. "Thank you" I said, "For caring."

"I'll always care about you." He answered smiling. Then, he did the thing I've wanted him to do since I met him. He kissed me.
