Chapter 7.

*Causeeee aaaaaaallll I neeeed, Is a beauty and a beeat, who can make my life compleeeete*

I reached over and turned off my radio. My dad was gone on a business trip for 2 weeks, so he couldn't wake me up. It was 6am on a Monday. My first day of school in California. I'm honestly nervous. I have a good group on friends consisting on Kian, Aria, Sam, Trevor, and Eric, so I wasn't really worried about being alone. I was more concerned about everything else. The teachers, new classes, new people.. It all scared me. I was lost in thought when my phone went off.

Aria:"Hey, you up?"

Billy:"Yup, what's up?"

Aria:"Just getting ready. Kian and I are walking to school. Wanna join? We are picking up Sam ;)"

Billy:"Oh shutup!" She was convinced I liked Sam ever since Kian and I decided it would be better to just stay best friends.

Aria:"Now is that anyway to talk to the best friend in the world??(; Be ready at 8, kgirl?"

Billy:"Alright. See you then, babyyyy."

What to wear, what to wear. Eventually, I decided on a pair of black skinny jeans and a a pink shirt with a purple pocket. I turned up the radio and One Direction was on.

"Tonight let's get some..and live while we're young!!" I was dancing around like a fool. Then my phone went off.

Kian:"You're an amazing dancer;)" Ohmygosh my curtains were open. I saw Kian looking out his window right into mine. I waved and he just smirked. I closed my curtains and straightened my hair which took longer than expected. I had to quickly do my makeup and get breakfast. I slipped on my white Tom's and walked over to Kian and Arias house just in time to meet them.

"Excited for your first day?" Kian asked throwing his arm around my shoulders. "I'm actually super nervous..." I replied. "Don't be!" Aria said. "Yeah, you have us there with you!" Kian agreed. This made me smile. I had the best friends in the world.

"HEEEEY GUYS!" yelled a familiar voice. "HEY SAMMY!" Aria, Kian and I all yelled at the same time. "We spend waaaaay too much time together", I said laughing. This wasn't the first time we said the same thing at the same time. It happens quite a bit actually.

Soon, I ended up behind everyone. Stupid sidewalk. Only wide enough for 3 people. Smmphh. Being the awkward person I am, I couldn't stand being by myself in public. So, I ran up and jumped on Sam's back. He clearly wasn't expecting this, as we fell onto the ground.

"What the..? Oh, Billy!" he said laughing. "I was by myself, okay?!" I was also laughing. "You lovebirds ready for school yet?!" Aria asked. She was dating Eric at this time, but she still looked pretty annoyed whenever a girl came near Sam. Even me. "Uhm, lovebirds?" Sam asked. "Yeah, what's that about?" I looked at Aria after Kian helped me off the ground. "Come on. I know you guys like each other! Kian does. Everyone does. Why don't you just date already?!" she said. Kian nodded his head. "Uhm. Shouldn't we be getting to school, now?" I asked. Man, that was awkward. Was Aria right? Do I like Sam? I don't know. It would hurt Aria and maybe even Kian if we dated. That I knew. I can't date Sam.

The school day went by really fast. I met a lot of new friends and the teachers weren't even that bad. The classes were kinda hard, but I'll survive.

"You guys wanna hang out at my house?" Sam asked as Kian, Aria, Eric, Sam and I walked home.

"Eric and I can't. We're going to the movies!" Aria said excitedly. "Ouhh", I said winking at her. "Wha-?" Eric started. Aria punched him in the arm and smiled at us.. "Ohhhhkaay...What about you Kian?" Sam asked. "Uh, Can't! I have a lot of homework and I, uh, need to help my mom tonight." "Alright then.. Looks like it's just me and you Sammy!" I said smiling. "Okay! Talk to you guys later?" Sam said walking up his driveway. "Uh, yeah, sure!" Kian yelled back.

"Well, that was weird." I said once we were inside. "I know. Anyways, want anything to drink?" he asked walking into the kitchen. I sat down on the couch. "Uh yeah! Can I have some-?" "Wait! Lemme guess. Lemonade?"He said cutting me off. "Aw, you know me too well!" I said laughing. When he came back in we decided to watch tv. After a few episodes, I was tired. "Sammy, I'm tired." I pouted. "Go to sleep then!" he replied. "Can we build a fort first?" I asked. "What? A fort? Aren't we too old for that?" "Too old?! Sam Pottorff, we are never too old for a fort. Now go find some blankets and make it fast!" I ordered. "Yes, ma'am!" he laughed.

The fort was awesome. It was right in front of the tv. Inside there was a inflatable mattress we got from his basement, blankets, about 30 pillows, and even a little corner with snacks and drinks. "Isn't this better?" I ask smirking. "Okay, I agree. This is probably the best fort ever. I'm glad my parents aren't here to see this, they'd just make fun of us! I'm really glad you could hang out with me today." He said smiling. "Me too Sammy, me too. We have really become great friends." He looked down shyly then said "But I want to be more than just your friend, Billy." "What?" I asked. "I really like you. Okay? I think you are absolutely amazing and beautiful. I liked you ever since you moved here but I didn't tell you because I knew Kian liked you. And I couldn't do that to him. But, I couldn't wait any longer. Billy, will you be my girlfriend?!" He said. I was shocked. Did Sam just ask me out. What. I knew I shouldn't, but I really wanted this. Sam and I were great together as friends. We'd be even better as a couple! I looked him in the eyes and said "Of course I will Sammy." "You will? Awesome!" He said smiling. I leaned in and kissed him. I felt tingley all over. I giggled after, and put on a movie. I tried to stay awake, but I ended up falling asleep in Sam's arms.

I woke up in a place I didn't recognize. I panicked and sat up quickly. I looked beside me and saw a sleeping Sam. "What's wrong?" he asked sleepily. "I just forgot where I was." I said laughing at myself. "What time is it?" I reached over him and gripped my phone. "It's almost 8 o'clock. We slept for 3 hours! I better go home." I said crawling out of the fort. "Alright babe, but can I have my shirt back?", he asked. "What?" I looked down realizing I had Sam's Arizona crewneck on. "When did I get this?" I asked. "Don't you remember what happened before you went to sleep?" He said winking at me. "WHAT??" I yelled. He started laughing at my reaction. "Oh my gosh, I was kidding. You were cold, so I gave it to you. Calm down!" I didn't find this funny. I threw his shirt at him and giggled as it hit him in the face. "Hey!" he shouted. "Bye Sammy!" I said as I walked out of the door. "Bye babe! Text me!" "I'll see!" I said laughing.

Today was amazing. I can't wait to tell Aria! Oh wait. Could I? Would she be mad? She shouldn't be.. I mean, she has Eric right?.. Well, I'll text Sam tomorrow to see what he thinks. I was about to walk up my driveway when someone grabbed me from behind..
