Few days after the confession from 3 girls, Issei currently accompanied by Lucy Lucifuge-Hyoudou to the other dimension by the portal he invented. They currently watching over the destroyed land in the city in horror as they didn't expect such destruction.

Issei: "This is madness. No single human detected. Let's look around if there is a survivor. We will bring him/her with us."
He said with seriousness. Lucy nodded and they went off to find the survivor in this world. The duo began to search as they wander around the city.

Issei: "What could have happened here to caused such destruction? Not even children were spared."
He said with disdain in his voice as he notices couple of kids' hands as he knew they were crushed by the building that fall on them. He disintegrated the rubble with his flames then he buried them properly as to respect the dead.
Issei: "Rest in peace, kids. You all will be reborn in the future, 100 years from now."
He gets on his feet and flew off to East.
[With Lucy]
She has seen countless bodies of adults and even children spread lifeless in the town.
Lucy: "But... I don't see any woman around... it is strange."
She said in confusion and curiosity as of why the dead bodies were all men. That begs the question why none of the female except the younger ones were dead. Were they alive? If so, where are they. She feel gust of wind as a spaceship landing not too far where she was.
