Hello! Before we start, I would just like to ask a small favor from you guys. I'm doing this thing where the start of each book segment will have a quote from a character talking about or talking to (Y/N). The thing is, I haven't been all that good with making them sound like something they would say. I already have some of them done, like the overblotted housewardens (aside from Malleus), Jamil, and Ortho, but I can't think of anything good to write for the others without making it sound cheesy or out of character. If you guys have some dialogue ideas, please feel free to share them and I'll put what I think the best ones are in the intros, as well as add credit to the ones who created them.

Please comment your quote ideas here :3

Also, do you guys like these daily updates or would you all prefer a more weekly basis to add more anticipation and suspense to the story? I wanna give you guys the best experience as readers and would appreciate some feedback from y'all.

In the library, Crowley had various maps and books open as he and Yuuken looked through them, trying to find any indication of Yuuken's home. (Y/N), on the other hand, was simply wandering around the library, picking up books and staring at the strange scribbles before setting them back and grabbing another. While they wouldn't express it out loud, it was times like these that they wished their charm would have the ability to translate written words as well instead of just spoken.

"Just as I'd suspected. Nothing. Not only is your homeland not listed on any map from any point in history. Now, are you QUITE sure that you come from such a place? That wasn't some sort of lie, or jape? Because if so, the only explanation is that you've come from another planet. Or perhaps you were summoned here from another dimension?" Crowley informed Yuuken as he looked up from the various maps, presenting his strange yet logical hypothesis.

"Another dimension!?" Yuuken exclaimed in shock, not quite believing what he was hearing. But a part of him did think that this was a good possibility. After all, in all the maps they went through he hadn't recognized a single thing.

"Hm. Show me everything that you brought here with you. Do you have some form of identification, a driver's license perhaps? Or even a...shoe? You do seem a tad bit...empty-handed."

Yuuken looked through the pockets of his robes, looking at his wallet and phone that he oh so conveniently forgot until now. "Come to think of it, where's my wallet and phone!?" (Y/N) stopped their exploration to look over at him, head tilted slightly. What were those things? And why did he not have those things? They had their nail and items in their coffin, so why didn't he?

"Well, this is quite the predicament. Creature, how about you? Do you have some form of identification to help us find your homeland?" Crowley asked as he put his attention to the vessel, an eyebrow quirked up as he noticed how they held a book the wrong way, holding it sideways and their other hand in the middle of poking the pages.
