It was late in the night when a knock sounded from the front door. Yuuken, who had woken up from the strangest dream, sat up as he looked around. As he tried to properly wake up, he could still remember those strange card soldiers painted roses and the little blond girl walking around. 'I feel like I was having the strangest dream...' he thought as he ran a hand through his hair. Another set of knocks brought the boy out of his head as a sleepy Grim grumbled beside him, unable to sleep from the intensity of the knocks.
"Myaaah... Hey Yuu... I know it's the middle of the night, but I think we've got a visitor," Grim said as he sat up tiredly, upset that someone was interrupting his well needed sleep. "Maybe it's those pesky ghosts again? They just don't know when to quit."
With a yawn, Yuuken got up and stumbled out of the room, Grim following behind as he struggled to keep his eyes open. He would've fallen on his face if it wasn't for (Y/N) picking him up, appearing out of nowhere. Grim's eyes widened in surprise at (Y/N)'s sudden appearance, but quickly relaxed in their arms as the trio made their way to the front door.

The three walked up to the front door, Yuuken in the front and the nonhuman duo following behind. "Who would be here at this hour?" Yuuken asked as he stopped at the door, mostly to himself, before raising his voice a little. "Hellooo? Who is it?" He called out and was surprised at the sound of a familiar freshman's voice on the other side.
