Ash waved goodbye to Aneira as she was leaving for school.

She isn't fully a vampire which is why she can go out in the sun. However both Kai and Ash had to wear a ring.

Kai. Ash found the man attractive yet he doesn't know if he likes him back.

He hated that he loved the tall man. Being 5'6/168cm was considered short for a male vampire. The average height for a male vampire is 5'10.

But for a female vampire 5'5 is the average height. Ash got the information from the book of vampire puberty.

In the vampire rule book it is said to never discriminate anyone because of where they're from, their religion, their gender, their sexuality and for their body type.

So far, Ash has followed almost all of the rules. And that rule was to never turn a person into a vampire or half vampire.

Ash supported Aneira for coming out as pansexual as he was a homosexual himself. But as of now, he has only came out to one person and that person is Aneira. He knew Aneira was a sweet person so he had no problem coming out to her.

As for Kai, he wants to protect Ash. He knew what some humans were like when they see a vampire. Tie them to a pole, hang them, stab them with rakes, burn them, lock them somewhere, throw them around, etc.

Ash didn't know what it was like because he barely went out to the real world and whenever he was, he was never caught. That's how he saved Aneira because she got into a car crash.

But Kai has always liked Ash. He liked him ever since they went out to kill humans together. That was three years ago. Now they are eighteen years old.

Ash knew that him and Aneira were siblings but him and his mother got into an argument so he ran away when he was thirteen and he got bit by a vampire, which is why Aneira wasn't a vampire.

He knew his older brother Nicholas is now a mafia and is still looking for him.

Kai was hinting to Ash that he likes him, but Ash didn't get the hint.

Which is why they both met in the forest. To confess their feelings to each other.

"I like you!" They both said at the same time. Kai wrapped his arms around Ash's waist and hugged him.

"I'm going to tell you everything about the cruel humans."

After Kai told him when they got home, Ash was traumatised. Now he knew why his friend Quinn never returned back and was now on the verge of tears.

Kai stood up and hugged him as Ash was sitting down, about to cry.

"It's okay to cry. You don't have to hold it in all the time."

Ash cried. I feel like people will feel bad for him more than people will feel bad for Y/n when she cried.
