Tara Baard. An African American. She has brown hair and brown eyes and I think y'all already know her skin tone.

She loves going to the beach and dreams of becoming a lifeguard one day. Don't worry Tara just wait and then you'll get your dream.

She has a a mum, a dad and a younger brother who she gets along with.

Tara gets along really well with her family. She may even be the first humanist character out of all of my books.

Even in winter, she dresses as if it's summer and is somehow never cold. She's the type of person to not get cold in winter.

When she was fourteen, she saw Nathan play ice hockey so she decided to be friends with him.

"Hi! I'm Tara. What's your name?"

"My name is Nathan and I'm going to be a future ice hockey player!"

They both became close friends. Nathan introduced Tara to Chloe and Aurora and Tara introduced Nathan to her family.

Years past, and their friendship slowly turned into a romantic relationship. They are known as the cold couple because they are used to cold temperatures.

They mostly go to the beach since Tara loves it there. Even in winter. During winter, they go to many ice rinks without big jackets on.

The only thing Nathan hasn't told about to Tara is that his parents are... yeah.

But Tara figured it out. She can read people like a book very well and easily. Other than Summer, she is the only person that knows about it.

And of course she didn't tell Nathan that she knew. She'll wait when he tells her. After all, she's good at acting.

Tara has wanted to be a lifeguard ever since the first time she went to the beach. She was five years old.

Half the Y/ns like Tara, but the other half despises her. I don't know why, they just do for some reason.
