A week had past and Daniel had not given up, it was a week of him showing up at their door, ringing Regina 24/7, showing up at her work and crashing their family days out. Regina and Robin had had enough, they tried to get a restraining order but the court wouldn't allow it due to lack of evidence. Regina and Robin wouldn't leave the house without seeing him.
"Robin, I'll be home late tonight, could you make the kids their tea when you get in?" Regina asked Robin as she was getting her shoes on.
"Sure, what are we eating?" Robin asked
"I'll pick us up a kebab?" Regina suggested.
"Sounds good, I'll see you later babe" Robin said and they shared a kiss before they both left.
Once at work Regina started to get all her stuff ready for her first client when someone walked in.
"Hi, do you have an- what do you want" Regina said when she saw Daniels face.
"The same as I always do, you and my son" Daniel said
"No, don't you think it's time you gave up? How many times do I have to say no before you process the information" Regina sassed as she continued to get her things ready.
"I won't give up Regina! I want you! I want my son!" Daniel said
"I don't want you! I'm with Robin! I have a family! Let it go!" Regina shouted.
"Roland is my family" Daniel argued back.
"No" Regina said.
"Yes, im his dad!" Daniel shouted.
"No, your just some guy he shares DNA with" Regina said.
"Now leave" she said and kicked him out. She laughed and got back to work. She hoped that would be the last she saw of him, but she knew it wouldn't.
Robin was becoming more and more jealous and time progressed. He began to feel like he couldn't trust Regina. Robin knew deep down he could, and that she wouldn't do anything, yet, a part of him was saying, don't trust her, she loves him. He couldn't shake the thought that something was going to happen.
Once Regina arrived home, she put her and robins tea down and looked for her family. she found Robin playing with Ava and Roland in the game room.
"Hello, having fun?" Regina smiled.
After tea Robin began to put the kids to bed, Regina was about to sit down and relax when the door went, she groaned and opened it to find Daniel stood there.
"How many times do I have to tell you?!" Regina screamed
"You don't, I'll show you" Daniel said and kissed her, and for a second she kissed back, she then realised what she was doing and pushed him away.
"Don't come near me! Ever!" Regina screamed and slammed the door. She wiped her lips and looked around, happy that no one saw. Expect Robin did, but only the kiss.
Regina walked into the bedroom to find Robin packing a bag.
"What are you doing?" Regina asked, confused.
"Leaving" Robin replied bluntly.
"Why?" Regina said, walking over to him.
"I saw what you did, with Daniel. I knew you were cheating" Robin said and he zipped up his bag and walked away from her and down the stairs.
"I'm not cheating on you!" Regina screamed, following him.
"So what I saw wasn't you and Daniel kissing?!" Robin shouted.
"Well yes, but I pushed him away! And I haven't done anything like that with him before!" Regina said, tears leaving her eyes.
"I don't believe you, I wish I did, but I don't" Robin said and started to walk towards the door but Regina blocked him from leaving.
"Please. Don't leave me! I'm telling the truth" Regina cried.
"im not leaving you, I'm giving us a break. I love you Regina. But I can't do this" Robin said, tears now leaving his eyes.
"Please Robin" Regina cried.
"I'll see you when we're ready Regina" he said and kissed her on the head and walked out.
Regina slid down the door and cried. She cried for a while until she went to bed and cried her self to sleep.
Robin got in his car and drove away, tears in his eyes. He drove to the motel a few miles away and booked in.
He really wished he could believe Regina, but at this moment he just couldn't. He went to the room he had booked for two weeks and placed his bag down. He needed time to think, him and Regina needed time, a break. Robin got in his bed and set an alarm on his phone. He then cried silently until he fell asleep.
