Three months have passed.. Regina and Robin only see eachother on a Friday night when he comes to pick up the children to stay at his new small flat for the weekend, the couple still speak, but it's different than it was before. Today was Friday and Robin was on his way to pick up Roland and Ava. Regina was just finishing packing their bags when the door went. Regina walked downstairs, placed the bags next to Ava who was watching Roland who was playing on the WII.
"Hey Robin, come in" Regina smiled and he walked in.
"Are they ready?" Robin asked.
"Yep. Ava Roland! Your dads here! Come on" Regina shouted as she walked into the kitchen.
Robin and Regina missed each other a lot, but they didn't feel that connection that they had before Daniel interfered. Daniel got arrested a few weeks ago for breaking and entering. He broke into her house and work Regina up who then called the police.
Ava and Roland came walking in and they walked out with Robin. Regina sat down on the sofa with her tea and started to watch season 3 of 'OITNB' when she got a phone call.
"Hello?" Regina said
"Is this Regina Locksly?" the man on the other end said.
"Is it, is everything okay?" Regina asked, confused and sat up.
"I'm sorry to tell you this but, your parents, Cora and Henry, have been in a terrible car accident. They are both in critical state here at LA general. If you would like to come and see them, I think you should be prepared to say goodbye" the man on the other end said and Regina started to cry. Her parents? Dying? No.
"I'll be right there" Regina said, got her coat and shoes and walked out. She got in the car and drove straight to the hospital. Only then did she realise she was wearing a black tank top and white shorts. She ran into the hospital.
"Cora and Henry Mills?" Regina said frantically.
"This way, your Regina yes?" The doctor said.
"Yes" Regina said and followed the women.
"This is the room they are both in, I'm sorry. There's nothing else we can do.. They both have about 12 hours. They have brain clots" the doctor said and walked away. Regina walked in.
"Hey" Regina said to them both, they were both on a double bed, hooked on to nearly every machine in the room.
"Regina, come at sit with us" Henry said, and she sat in the middle of them, they were all sat up, talking about good memories, laughing about funny ones.
"I love you, mom, I love you dad" Regina said and hugged them both. Tears rolling down her eyes.
"I love you too" Cora said.
"I love you so much Regina, we're so proud of who you have become" Henry said and Cora agreed.
"Do you want to see Ava and Roland?" Regina asked them, wiping her tears.
"Yes please" they both said Regina got out of the bed and rang Robin outside the door.
"Hello?" Robin said on the other line.
"Robin, it's Regina, my erm- my parents are dying, and they want to see Ava and Roland, can you bring them here?" Regina said, crying.
"Oh my god Regina. Of course. I'll be right there" Robin said and she hung up the phone and sat back down with her parents.
Robin got the kids out of bed and drove to the hospital as fat as he could. Once there he saw Regina and ran up to her.
They walked to the room and Ava and Roland ran in and sat on the bed, the four of the talking and laughing. Regina and Robin stayed outside the room. Regina started to cry.
"Hey, hey" Robin said, wiping her tears when she looked at him.
"I don't want to loose them" Regina cried and Robin embraced her in a hug. He hugged her really tight and she cried on his chest.
"Don't leave me aswell, please" Regina cried, robins heart broke at the words.
"Never." Robin said and kissed her head.
11 hours had passed and Cora and Henry were beginning to pass away, slowly, but peacefully.
"I love you mom so much" Regina said and kissed her head.
"I love you too Regina" Cora said and hugged her. Regina then walked to her dad.
"I love you dad, so much" Regina said and started to cry.
"I love you too, don't forget that" he said and they hugged. Roland and Ava said goodbye and I love you to them and they soon began to pass away. The doctors set them in each other's arms and they soon died. Regina then cried and hugged Robin, who was crying as well.
"I love you" Robin said.
"I love you too" Regina said and hugged him once more, tight. Regina then sat with her parents for awhile, before being told to leave, she kissed their heads once more before walking out. She held Robin's hand and they walked out. Belle said her and her mother will look after Ava and Roland for the weekend and she came to pick them up.
Regina and Robin got in bed and Regina cuddled Robin.
"Their gone Robin. I'm never going to see them again" Regina said and started to cry again.
"You will always have them with you, they will never really be gone because the memories of them will live on, they loved you" Robin said and kissed Regina. She kissed back and lay her head on his chest.
"I've missed you" Regina said.
"I missed you too" Robin said and they both fell asleep.
The next morning Robin woke up and Regina just stayed in bed. She refused to eat anything for that whole day and just spent it in bed, either crying or looking at pictures of them.
"Come on Regina, you have too eat something" Robin said, who was holding up some toast.
"I'm not hungry" Regina said and rolled over. Robin got in bed with her and they cuddled.
"Regina, I know it's soon but we need to sort out a funeral" Robin said.
"Tomorrow" Regina said and closed her eyes.
