-Well, at least you talked to him 2 times... but that's not important! We have separated seats,  so you have more time to talk to William now, right? -Wanda was eating a slice of yesterday's pizza for lunch at recess.

-You know what? I think you are way too excited because of the idea I get his blessing... are you starting to fall in love with me? -Percy tried to hide his excitement.

-No, wacko, I want to see you fail. -Wanda started laughing uncontrollably.

-'' Ha, ha, ha'' So funny...! -Percy was being sarcastic.

-Yeah... -Wanda looked away and saw William with his books in a corner -Percy, look! You should talk to him!

Percy looked at William and for some reason, he turned white and red at the same time.

-T...talk to him? -He stuttered.

-Yeah!

-Like... now? Right now? -Percy was nervous.

-Well? It's obvious, isn't it?

-Huh... Now. Okay... -Percy tried to stand up but his legs started shaking.

-You alright?

-Yes, I'm good.

-Liar -Said Wanda while watching Percy failing at standing up again -What's wrong with you and him? It's the first time I've seen you nervous about talking to someone. Does he scare you?

-Scare me? Pff... No! I'm just preparing myself... mentally. 

-Yeah... sure.

-OKAY! I'll talk to him! -Percy stood up and tried not to fall this time, although he felt his legs like 2 spaghetti.

Percy went towards William. Wanda couldn't hear anything from the distance. She saw them talking, and although there were a lot of meters between Wanda and Percy and William, she could see Percy flustered and William just listening. After a few seconds, Percy came back and looked like he was about to faint.

-What's wrong? Did he say no?

-No, he said yes. -Percy said with the breath that was left of him.

-Really? WOW! How did you manage that William gave you his blessing? -Wanda looked impressed and couldn't believe it.

-Huh? Oh... about that, I didn't ask him about giving me his blessing.

-... I'm sorry, what?

-Yeah... I'm sorry, I got nervous and asked him if we could hang out this afternoon.

-What. You and him? Alone? Percy, what have you done? You weren't supposed to ask him that!

-I know! I got nervous! I thought my teeth were going to fall off the second I opened my mouth!

''I don't know what happened to me, it's so confusing... It's the first time someone has made me that nervous. Maybe he just makes me uncomfortable, maybe not, I don't know... I guess there's something in that someone that I haven't experienced yet...''

Percy was in the classroom after recess, as well as William.

For some reason, he couldn't stop staring at William during classes, he was trying to find what was the thing that made him so nervous.

''I couldn't get any clue. Everything about William was so reserved and mysterious, he barely talks in class, but he was always the one with higher notes, which was so confusing... plus, sometimes it feels like he has a completely different personality at school and his house, sometimes he can act like a hunky jerk, and other times he could act like the boy every girl drools for... and maybe some boys too.''

The bell rang.

It was time to go home. Well... Percy and William couldn't go home yet.
