"Where have you been, Paint? Why haven't you come back to me for a long time?"

When his younger sister Pai said that Phi Gus, the neighbor's friend, had come to see him, Paint rushed into the house and his legs stopped and as he looked at the man who was sitting on the sofa, playing a game with his younger brother.

He was already smiling wide, which caused Paint to turn and stare at his neighbor who was five years older than him, with whom he had grown up and was... the first person who could light the world with just his smile. Phi Gus may not be a handsome man who was charming from the first glance, but for someone like Paint, who had secretly liked him for a long time, whether he was double-layered eyes that droop in the corner when he smiled, crooked eyes, or a tall, thin figure... he was more charming than anyone else.

As long as he was Phi Gus, Paint liked even the tip of his hair.

Paint smile caused one of his siblings to shout in frustration. "So what's the matter between Phi Gus and Phi Paint? Why does my brother have to report where he's been?"

Paint, who was still smiling, was startled and turned to rebuke his younger brother Ruup, who rolled his eyes and threw the game joystick on the sofa and got up. Then, he dragged him into the kitchen.

"Go, I'm hungry."

"Wait, we have to apologize to Phi Gus first."

Ruup had a dissatisfied expression, meanwhile Paint was agitated. Not only did the handsome boy turn to look at Phi Gus, but he also walked into the kitchen, even faster than before, not paying attention to the persuasion of his own twin.

As for his sister Pai, she was sending him a supportive smile and moving his mouth soundlessly. "Fight it, Phi Paint."

That time, Paint was embarrassed and his face turned red. He had never told Pai or Ruup that he liked the older brother next door. The two of them had known since childhood, always rooting for each other. But lately, Paint's brother had started to show signs of resistance, and Paint didn't know why. It was clearly different from usual, but at that moment he had no time to pay attention to the attitude of the two younger siblings.

"I'm sorry for Ruup, Phi Gus." The smile faded and there was only a mumbled sound left, afraid that the other party was annoyed.

But Phi Gus still smiled as wide as before, raising his hand and waving it around. "It's okay. It looks like my playing skills are too bad, that might upset your brother." Phi Gus said so kindly that the listener's smile returned.

Paint turned to look left and right and asked. "Have you eaten something? Are you thirsty? I can bring you water."

"Don't worry, I already had dinner with the twins."

Before he followed the younger one into the kitchen, the guest protested before raising his hand and tapping the seat next to him several times as a signal for Paint to sit there. Pain felt hot all over his face and body. His eyes flashed with nervousness and hesitation, even worse than when Aphros was lying on his lap. But no matter how embarrassed he was, would he have the courage to reject that man? So, he quickly moved to sit next to him.

"I've been here for hours, wanting to eat some food made by you, Paint. I asked the twins, but no one would tell me where you were." Phi Gus joked. Paint's fists tightened, he pursed his lips tightly and thought in his heart that he had to ask his brother what the hell was wrong with him and why did he talk in that manner to Phi Gus.

"I'm sorry for my brother, Phi Gus." Paint said with a sad face.

"You don't have to apologize. It seems like the twins are jealous of you, they have been like this since forever, right?" Phi Gus said with a smile, which made Paint staring at those twinkling eyes, with an absent mind.
