[Primadonna ] - [MARINA]

In a shabby neighborhood, a girl stood out conspicuously in her designer clothes, though she attempted to downplay her appearance. Removing her sunglasses, she approached a garage, trying to steady her nerves.

"Come on, girl, you can do this. Fighting! You're an 'it' girl. Who dares reject you? Head up, shoulders straight, go," she muttered to herself, psyching herself up for whatever lay ahead.

She entered the garage with an air of authority, her voice cutting through the cluttered space. "Anyone here?"

Jay, startled, jolted upright, choked on his food in surprise. She instinctively reached out to pat his back, a gesture of comfort, but he misinterpreted it.

"Thank you, sister-in-law," he blurted out, before quickly correcting himself, "I mean, noona."

Confused, she touched her face, pondering silently, "Noona? But I don't look old?"

"God forbid, I didn't mean it." Jay, flustered, attempted to backtrack,

Brushing off the awkward exchange, she redirected the conversation. "So, Jake isn't here?"

Jay shook his head, still recovering from his embarrassment. "No, I don't know when he'll be here."

As if summoned, Jake strutted into the garage, his presence commanding attention. Jay pointed him out, saying, "He's already here."

Curious, Jay inquired, "Where's Layla?"

"She's back home."

Haein internally facepalmed, realizing he might have a girlfriend 'you're doomed girl he's already taken.'

Jake, catching Haein's gaze, shot back, "What is this pest doing here?"

"Isn't that a little bit rude?"

Their banter sparked, fueling the tension between them. "Rude? it's practically a compliment," Jake fired back with a smirk.

"At least I'm not stuck fixing cars for a living."

Jay, thoroughly entertained by the exchange, sipped his tea, enjoying the heated showdown between them.

Their verbal sparring continued as Jake wasted no time getting to the point. "Shall I kick you out of the store?" he challenged, his tone dripping with sarcasm.
