In the dimly lit confines of their cell, Jake and Jay paced restlessly, each consumed by their own thoughts. The tension between them was palpable, the weight of recent events heavy on their minds.

Breaking the silence, Jay's voice cut through the air, his tone laced with concern and disbelief.

"Bro, was it really necessary to go all out and beat him up like that?"

He paused, his footsteps halting as he turned to face his friend, a mixture of frustration and confusion etched on his face.

Jake's anger radiated from him like a palpable aura as he continued to pace the confines of their cell, his fists clenched tightly at his sides.

"It's all because of that spoiled girl," he seethed, his voice thick with frustration. "She's making me go crazy. First, she hits the car and runs away, then I was kicked out of her house, and now she shamelessly offers me..." He trailed off, the rest of his sentence left unspoken as he wrestled with his emotions.

Jay's curiosity piqued at Jake's abrupt halt, his eyebrows furrowing in confusion. "Offering? What did she say when you were alone with her?" he pressed, his tone laced with anticipation.

As if on cue, the devil made her grand entrance, her heels clicking sharply against the cold, sterile floor, her expensive perfume preceding her arrival. With an air of smugness, she stood before the two boys, a smirk playing at the corners of her lips.

"How's it in jail, boys?" she taunted, her tone dripping with sarcasm.

Upon hearing her voice, Jake's fury reached a boiling point. He reacted as though he were a hungry puppy denied a meal for months, his anger exploding forth in a torrent of threats.

"Once I get out of here, you're done."

Unfazed by his outburst, she responded coolly, her smile widening. "Oh, boldly threatening me? Could you repeat that, but this time, look at the camera, so I can have clear evidence," she goaded, her confidence unshaken.

Jay's timid voice trembled with fear as he spoke up, his words barely audible in the tense atmosphere. "Wha... what do you want from us? Please, leave us alone, Noona!"

"Noona, he said," she muttered to herself, rolling her eyes in annoyance before refocusing her attention on Jake. With a confident smirk, she inquired, "So, do you accept my offer?"

But Jake was having none of it. Fury blazed in his eyes as he stood his ground, his voice laced with defiance. "You've already crossed the line and thrown me in here, so anything you do is useless now."

Haein's wickeding smile sent shivers down his spine as she casually flicked her hair over her shoulder. With calculated precision, she averted her gaze momentarily before locking eyes with him, her stare piercing and cold.

"Is that so?" she purred, her voice dripping with malice. "Then I'll go to the cops and tell them how you beat poor Uncle Inha for no reason, how he begged for help."

Jay, who had been lying down, suddenly rose to his feet, his voice shaky with anxiety. "Give me honey,I feel like I'm going crazy..."

Ignoring Jay's plea, Jake fixed Haein with a steely glare. "Try anything funny, and I'll ruin you. Understood?"

Jay pushed Jake away from the metal bars and positioned himself in front of Haein, shielding her from Jake's fury. Turning back to Jake, he pleaded, "Bro, shut up. She's a second-generation chaebol. She'll ruin us."

Then, with his sweetest smile, Jay addressed Haein, his tone desperate. "Noona, please don't do this. I beg you. If you do, you'll ruin the lives of these two young men. We'll end up locked in jail, praying for your downfall."

Haein remained unmoved. "Tell that to your buddy. This is what he wanted."

Jay pivoted towards Jake with a mischievous glint in his eyes. "Why don't you do what she wants?" he quipped, before turning back to face Haein. With a theatrical flourish, he declared, "We're at your service. What do you want?"

"You wanted us to apologize, but we broke into your home and trashed the party. We're sorry, okay? We will never come near your house ever." Then, with exaggerated humility, Jay dropped to his knees, offering his apology.

Haein turned to Jake with a sly smile, her gaze piercing through him. "You heard him. What's your answer? Will you do as I ask? If you do, I'll go on and testify in your favor. I'll say this Inha guy provoked the swearing and was the first to swing. But if you don't want to..."

Before she could finish her sentence, Jake cut her off, his voice dripping with venom. "I'll make sure you regret this, okay? I'll ruin your life, you manipulative little fox" Haein let out a sigh of frustration, her glare piercing through Jake's defiance.

"So it's a no, huh? Fine, then," she muttered, her voice tinged with disappointment.

With an evil smile curling her lips, she turned on her heels, making sure they clacked louder than before as she left the room, leaving behind two troubled young men.

After approximately three hours, they finally emerged from the police station. Jay, still bewildered, couldn't help but voice his confusion. "I still don't get it. How did we get out?"

"Then don't try to figure it out, Jay. That Haein, she's not a woman; she's a witch."

"Well, she's beautiful, innocent, angelic," Jay countered.

"Don't exaggerate! She's not that beautiful!" Jake retorted, his frustration evident.

"Anyway, we'll keep in touch. I'm busy."

"Busy? Let me remind you that we don't have jobs. You smashed the boss's face..." Jay's protest was abruptly cut off as Jake left without another word.

"Bro, don't leave me alone! I'm scared of that girl! What if she finds us?" Jay called after him, but Jake was already gone, leaving Jay to ponder his next move.

Somewhere else, amidst the city's hustle and bustle, Haein's father found himself in a cafe that was seemingly out of his league, tucked away from the wealthy people. Yet, here he sat, as if he had just met someone.
