Cassie stood to the right prepared to watch her husband be named King as it would be her duty to be by his side and show her support something she was happy to do for her love Aegons siblings stood next to her in a line starting with Helena and ending with Darren
"It is time Rosalie" Daemon said making her nod moving to stand in the middle of the of stage like center piece in the Dragon pit
"My people Our king my dearest Husband Viserys Targaryen has passes and while we mourn him we must also celebrate this moment where his successor take his place as king his chosen heir his first son Prince Aegon" she announced in her queenly voice
the room erupted in cheers and applauses excited for the wonderful prince to take on the title and duty of being King the knights who were apart of the royal family service entered the room in sync as the crowds parted for them making a passage Horns sounded as the guards raised their swords at the same time making a way as Aegon entered the Dragon pit his head held high as he walked under the swords making his way to him mother who looked at him with nothing but pride and happiness
"it is our greatest privilege to witness a new day and a new start for our kingdom and realm a new King" Rosalie announced as Aegon stopped at the first step thinking of what his father would say if he had the chance he looked at him mother then his wife who sent him a soft but proud smile giving him all the reassurance and comfort he need pushing himself to ascend the steps stopping in front of his mother who smiled and grabbed his cheeks softly pulling him down slightly to place a gentle kiss to his forehead
" I am so proud of you Aegon and I know was too you will do wonderful" she whispered sliding a pin Viserys always wore on his coat it was a small dragon but his father was attached to it she stepped back standing next daemon and Alicent on the left side as Aegon knelt down and the septa stepped forward
the septon stood in front of him holding a small golden bowl as he dipped his thumb into the bowl smearing a line across his forehead as he spoke to the people
"may the Warrior give him courage May the smith lend him strength to his sword and shield May the father defend him in his need May the Crone lift her shining lamp and light his way to wisdom" he announced before stepping letting Rosalie take her place in front of her son with the golden crown in her hands
she smiled tearfully as she traced the three headed dragon before lifting the crown over Aegons head for all the people to see "Let the seven bear witness to the day Aegon Targaryen is the true heir to the Iron throne" he voice carried through the pit as she placed the crown on him awaiting head letting him stand he waited until each member of his family gave their approval before turning to look upon his people
"All hail His Grace Aegon Second of his name King of the Andal and the Rhoynar and the first Men Lord of the seven kingdoms and protector of the realm" Daemon said as every person bowed tot he new king as he unsheathed the Valarian steel sword Blackfyre lifting it up into the air as the crowd began to cheer
"Long Live the King" Darren, Aemond and Roan yelled together making the small folk follow and celebrate their new king the same prince who helped his mother and father fix the city and realm

Cassie and Aegon walked into their chambers after leaving the feast that was thrown to celebrate Aegon watched as his Beautiful wife stood from her desk before she gasped after seeing him
"what" he asked panicked
"your grace" Cassie said bowing as she giggled " i do apologies for not greeting you it was completely rude of me" she continued on before laughing harder
"your grace" Aegon teased back bowing to her before pulling her into his side quieting her laughter as she smiled up at him
"how are you feeling" she asked wrapping her arms around his neck " I feel ok for now a little overwhelmed but having you at my side helped a lot thank you" he answered kissing her gently
"I will always be by your side" she promised "as will I my sweet love" he promised back
"what will you do now that you are queen" he asked as they laid down in bed "I will get taught by your mother she is one of the best queens there has ever been she changed Kings landing for the better she changed the realm for the better I asked her to teach me to be as wonderful as her as she was happy to except"
"that is wonderful and I have no doubt you will be a wonderful queen just as you are a wonderful wife the absolute love my life and a even more wonderful mother" he said kissing her softly as she blushed
"I could say the same for you" she said as she pulled away and straddled him his hands coming to rest on the back of her thighs
"you are the love of my life an amazing husband and father and I know for a fact that you will be a wonderful King you were made for this all those people bowed and to you supported you your family supported you and I will always be here supporting you" she said cupping his cheeks as he smiled
"thank you now let us sleep we have a busy day tomorrow" he said pulling her down to cuddle as she giggled making his confused
"what are laughing at now" he asked
"last time you said that we made our first child" she giggled as she spoke while he just smirked he was quite exited when they first married so exited that they didn't leave their chambers for a whole week
"well in my defense we did have a busy day that day" he said laughing "that we did" she agreed
