Jimin smiled as he saw Jia walking to him. She was wearing a yellow dress."You look like a sunshine." He complimented her.
"I know." She smiled as she swirled her dress infront of him.
They got along well. They had same interests. Their conversation wavered from celebrity controversies to politics. Jia and Jimin both enjoyed each other's company as he drove the car.
"Woah, who selected this place? They deserve a raise." Jia complimented as they reached the venue.
She admired the view and Jimin smiled looking at her. He liked how her eyes were so expressive. If she liked something it was evident in her eyes and vice versa.
"You are so easy to read." He whispered to himself.
It was a nice and expensive restraunt with modern aesthetic.
"Jimin?" Archer called him out as he walked out of the hall.
"Who is he?" Jia asked Jimin as he approached them.
"Be careful of him. He makes people very uncomfortable." Jimin whispered to her and she nodded.
"I thought you would not come." He hugged Jimin.
"How could I not? I had to flaunt my date." Jimin joked and Archer looked at Jia who smiled shortly as he checked her out.
"I agree. She is a thing to flaunt for real." He held her hand before placing a kiss on her ring making Jia disgust.
"You were right." She whispered to Jimin who withdrew her hand from Archer's hold.
"I know." Jimin excused himself and took her inside the big hall.
"Jimin! You look so handsome up close. I thought the pictures on instagram were filtered." Aria complimented him as the girls in her group agreed with her.
"She is a cheerful friend. Someone you can chill out with." Jimin whispered to Jia to make her feel included.
"And who is this pretty lady? Your fiance?" She teased him as she hugged Jia trying to befriend her.
"I wish. She is Jia, my date." Jimin wrapped his arm around Jia's shoulder."I thought you knew her through her social media. She reaches out to all mental people there. She is a therapist by the way if it benefits you." Jimin cracked a joke earning a playful eye roll from Aria.
"Very funny. Did you go to her for therapy and turned more insane in love with her?" They laughed.
"Jimin?" Hae-jin called him out wistfully.
"She had a huge crush on Jimin back in our school time. Be aware of her, she is kinda spiteful." Aria warned Jia in a whisper before she walked away.
"Hae-jin. You have changed a lot." He tried to say something. He never really talked with her at school but knew she existed.
"You noticed my change in appearance? I thought you didn't care much back then." She looked at him desperately.
"Come on Hae-jin, what's with the sulky tone?" Jimin felt awkward."And you aren't that bad to get unnoticed, right Jia?" Jimin continued.
"Jia?" Hae-Jin called her out looking at her.
"She is my date." He told her breaking her heart but she smiled anyway.
"She is beautiful." She said looking away.
"I know. Many have pointed that out already, I need to give away some money in her name now." He told her and excused himself as he got a call.
